Need to add more sizes in the racks!! They could add more teen sizes and clothes, with options of sporting styles and more options and sizes in the boys' department.

Well we'll we'll..let me tell you from personal experience that by far..this is MY FAVORITE STORES TO SHOP EVER. I love the clothes..the quality of the clothes..the price you pay for what you get is awesome.I enjoy finding the discounted items. You can always find everything you need all the way down to the accessories. I most enjoy how the manager interacts with the customers and makes you feel like family with a smile. Very warm and welcoming. You don't feel like you're being watched and rushed. Great personalities work here. I love how Big and open this store is. It's always clean and well put together. You can tell that the employees love their job. Perfect place to shop. It almost gives you a Paris kind of shopping experience..even if you've never been there and saw it on television. ?. If this store ever were to close its doors.. I'd be saddened because this is where I shop. This store gets 20 stars in my book. Great job H&M

Hello Sir…Madam,After having an appalling negative shopping experience at the Castle Rock H&M clothing store on Sunday, August 13, 2023, my best friend of 20 years in which are both handicapped decided, or rather were forced to drive back to Colorado Springs. We would like to start by giving great compliments to a sales associate by the name of Shannon from the Chapel Hills Mall for her incredible service and acknowledgment of her merchandise, and outstanding service to both my friend and I. Because of Shannon, my friend and I found more beautiful outfits and loved every items she chose for us. We believe Shannon should be the role model and in leadership position for everyone at H&M to represent how a client should be treated and trained accordingly. We can’t thank her enough especially experiencing such disastrous experience at Castle Rock H&M location the day before. At the Castle Rock H&M, the sizes we needed we were not available except on the mannequin. Two sales associates by the name of Kristin and Tyler were not interested in assisting us in the least to to be helpful. Rather made us feel that we were not valued customers by continually informing us they could not accommodate us with what we needed repeatedly. They also failed to show us other similar items that could, however, reflect to help change our views on merchandise and failed miserably by not showing other items available. This includes both in the premises, and online. Their customer service were below astonishingly disappointing to say the least. Even more dismayed that I had came from Vegas to have an experience with my best friend for shopping and fun since it’s been years we both last saw this wonderful place. Our anticipated day was completely ruined with sorrow and anger. The sales associates including the manager turned us down and sent us away to other stores and disposed us as clients of their establishment with no remorse. In conclusion, we wish to thank you for acknowledging our concern and hope individuals mentioned will be held accountable for their lack of experience and integrity of customer care in the future.

Meh! I hate this mall, it’s not actually even a mall, it’s more like a dead closed down circus and horrible area. I don’t enjoy having to come to this location period.

Your location needs a dressing room big enough for stroller accessibility if you’re going to restrict the handicapped room to only persons in wheelchairs. I was using the handicapped room with my baby in a stroller and was told in the middle of changing that I needed to immediately vacate the room just in case someone handicapped came in and needed it. There wasn’t any handicapped people in the store at that time. I would gladly give up the room if someone in a wheelchair came in, but I had to leave when no one else needed the room anyway. So fine, but then build a big enough dressing room for a stroller. My daughter is too young to walk. She has to stay in the stroller. I deserve to be able to try on clothes to. Especially when I’m not inconveniencing anyone who might possibly need the room in the first place. The only reason you’re getting two stars is because Sean at the check out counter is always really nice.

My one beef is I never know who is an employee and who is not. Maybe get matching hats or something. Outside of that, overpriced clothing that's done in less than 20 washes is not usually my gig, but I get caught by their sales sometimes.

So today was one of the worst and most embarrassing moments of my life. I went in there looking for outfits for my kids for my maternity photos. I had everything I needed when my niece saw a piece she liked. They didn’t have her size so I was checking out a mannequin when a RUDE employee came yelling at me “ma’am! Stop playing with the manequin!” I was just trying to look at the size of the piece to ask for help to see if we could buy it! The whole situation turned into something terrible and embarrassing. Me a 9 month pregnant woman playing with a darn mannequin! I felt humiliated and wanted to run out the store. I love H&M. But I am not returning to this location. The staff there is super rude. This is not my first encounter with rude people like this at this location. Will be shopping at a different location or onljne. If my pictures weren’t tomorrow I would of left everything there and walked out.
