It’s nice when I pay for an ounce and only get 1/2 oz. Been sending people to this shop for a couple years but now, after this, I’m done with you guys. Maybe you should train your new people as Zachary shorted the ounce of Cindy 99. But I know someone from High Tops will respond and say I took some out, and thats fine because no one these days has accountability.
This update was done after owner response: Serioisly?! You’re more worried about the number on the bag than me being shorted 1/2 oz? My good friend helps me out as I can’t always make it to the store. So nice job deflecting. ??♂️

How dare you tell me that my military connected VA card is not validation enough that I was in the military. That you need other verification for a 10% discount? What do you want me to do, bring in my dd214? You are not worthy. I realize good help is hard to come by, but when your manager insults your long time customers it might be time for another staff change.

Man talk about rude. Dude with the glasses and short hair, not the nice new guy, workin april 29th 2024 got a terrible attitude. Asked why i couldnt use a paper bag instead of getting shorted a gram over an exit bag and dude gave me such a rude tone with condescending comments on top. Wont be back.

First time patient - very welcoming, I really didn't know what I was doing but the bud tender was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions.
Not a long wait to get helped once you get in, *pro-tip* read the notices on the door, your anxiety will tell you to skim but if you don't you'll never know that you were buzzed in LMAO - or it's just me.
Fantastic specials all month long!

Yeah the dude with the man bun is super rude. Incapable of basic politeness, says cocky things to customers, “we will get more whenever it comes”, or, “our other store has it.” Like anyone wants to drive across town to the other location. Stock varies, nothing is consistent and the prices ARE INSANE. $20-30 more expensive than every other shop. Then when you make a comment about how ridiculous the prices are they act surprised and talk about “they just shop on the deal days to save money”. NEW FLASH: Normal people schedules don’t revolve around a legal weed dealer. Super lame as this has become a “last resort” stop for me and it always sucks every single time.

Ari is a wonderful budtender. She knew what strain would work best for me for my physical strain I had. Ari has a great attitude, friendly demeanor, and she is very welcoming. I appreciate her and every time I enter she is such a delight.
