I was disappointed when I bought a $70 wig and it tangled up the next day and they wouldn’t return it or give me at least an in-store credit.

This place always has what I need! They have a fantastic selection of synthetic and human hair wigs, a huge variety of Kanekalon, tons of beauty supplies, a whole aisle of lashes and even some cute costume jewelry. Not only do they carry a bunch of things, but the price is pretty affordable. I saw a pack of rollers on Amazon for $7+ and Hey, Genie had them for only $3.99 a pack! I’m so glad we have this shop in town because I can usually find what I need here before having to order online and wait.

We just moved to the area and so happy the ladies at Sally’s shared this gem. My babies are mixed so I love that we can go shopping for hair products and my family can find so many different products that suit their hair needs. My daughter went crazy over the selection of beads. The owners were so polite and kind while we looked around. 10/10 recommend and will be our go to place while stationed in Colorado.

So the store was amazing the employees were nice and helpful. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they didn't have the kind of hair I was looking for. But I will come here again the next time I'm shopping for hair based on customer service, & they r so much nicer than the r place I ended up wasting my money on

DO NOT BUY REMI HAIR CLIP IN EXTENSIONS !! I’ve never been disappointed with buying products from this store but I recently bought some remi hair clip in extensions for 270$!! And they are not worth the price at all.. When I was purchasing them I asked the cashier how many grams they were and she told me I would only need 1 pack, unfortunately when I got home I tried them on and they are absolutely thin I would need about four of these packs to even blend with my hair and my hair is already very fine ! I politely asked if I could work something out or even take store credit to return these because I just feel very disappointed and very upset that I waisted almost 300$ on some hair that I can’t even use.. I know the store has a policy but It just upsets me that if I would’ve known 1 set was no where close to enough I wouldn’t have bought them considering they are already very expensive.. I called politely to see if there was anything we could work out since I can’t get a refund if maybe I could get an exchange and I was told no .. SO DO NOT BUY THE REMI HAIR CLIP IN EXTENSIONS!!

I'm personally giving a great shot out to Hey,Genie..They have AWESOME customer service. The owners are genuine. Always smiling and giving great attitude and smiles. I love the cleanliness of the store..the variety of their products/ prices and how they offer their very best. I shop often at this store and there's not a time I go that I don't receive the very best. I love how you can shop and look around without feeling like you're a criminal because of the color of your skin. They treat you like family and this is why myself and family will always be loyal customers. I don't mind spending my time or money here. ? Thumbs up to a great hair place to shop. Always enjoyable.

Super amazing store. It's pretty small - but don't sleep - this store has everything you need and more. The brands and options are unique and the selection is different than any other spot. The owners are so personable and knowledgeable. This store is ALWAYS my first stop (and mostly my last).

This is the nicest hair store the springs, the staff was more than helpful, patient, and accommodating to me and my family. We bought a wig, and will definitely be back!
