A one star review only because there is nothing lower. The slowest service we have ever experienced in many years dealing with Hertz. The people checking cars in are the same people checking cars out - and apparently prepping the vehicles for use.
This is not a high volume location like the airport. Over 45 minutes just to drop off a car. Unacceptable.

After much aggravation with other rental companies...I would never recommend anybody except Hertz. Kenny was able to get me in a rental the very same day. It was a complicated situation and I had to call him several times. He was extremely patient and very kind. After several bad experiences, the one great experience with Kenny made it all ok. I will never go thru another company. Thank you so much. You have a repeat and loyal customer.

Rented my car through AAA. It was easy and exactly the price they said...plus insurance which was more than I'd like to pay but not super outrageous. Rented a minivan for 5 days with full coverage it was 1000$. Thursday to Tuesday. Van was dirtier than I'd like inside and out. Had 3 different kinds of tires on it. Wasn't instructed on anything about the infotainment system so we couldn't figure it out. It also has a keysense setting you can't turn off....that limits the misc volume to less than half and the speed to 85. This was the Chrysler Pacifica. This van also had random parts floating around the back, hose and instructions for on-board vacuum, front license plate bracket and mounting instructions. The person who did the paperwork and gave me the keys was very quick and professional. The van didn't break down. Also there was no spare that I saw but didn't look to hard.

Not much to say but obvious racial bias against me and my brother upon walking in, and little to no care or action taken during discussion. Give zero if I could and the red haired girl should be a regular cashier in regular retail

Spend more than two hours to get a car. Managed to sort out with card and additional driver information then told that need another 10 minutes to clean car.
Reserved and supposed to pick up car at 1pm, finally left the parking lot at 4pm.
All of the staff aren’t trained properly and every one had to ask each other to figure out how to use system.
Wouldn’t go there again unless it’s absolutely necessary.

I rented a car from Hertz back in January. You are unable to get the car unless you use the exact same credit card, but unfortunately mine was a replacement card because of fraud.
Hertz couldn't give me the car so they refunded my original rental, promising the same price to be charged again to the new car. Instead they overcharged me by $481.36, promising that the extra charge would also be refunded at the return of the car.
Upon returning, the extra charge has not been refunded and Hertz is now claiming that the charge was a voucher, which is not true.
The manager Kendra at this location has refused to even look at the charges and has been rude.
Would not recommend Hertz after this experience.

0 stars Whoever the young lady was answering questions about reservations specifically at 9:30 AM on Saturday June 15,2024 has an absolutely nasty attitude . We booked our reservation for a vehicle & for pickup to the hertz just for them to tell us none of it is set in stone . How, I have no clue being we spoke with someone on the phone . That’s fine tho, how do we fix this? She didn’t want to give a solution to the issue . I made a comment about the communication between the operator and the hertz . No comment was made about her but about the whole company in general . I don’t know her position nor her . Someone needs to help that girl out before she has an attitude w the wrong person & shuts the whole thing down.

Not only did they not give me the vehicle I reserved, but when I called to ask a question I had about the rental, the male who answered the phone had an incredibly miserable and rude tone, answering the phone asking me “what do you want” so that’s was a bad start…
I responded by asking if he was telling me that he wouldn’t help, and his response was “call another location if you want help”
I understand having a bad day at work, but taking that out on paying customers is unacceptable.
The vehicle I was provided was very dirty on the interior and exterior and it smelled like someone had a dog in it for a week.
This experience truly felt like everything that could possibly go wrong with a rental.
I will never rent with Hertz ever again.

Kendra was very rude and unprofessional. I unfortunately had to call because the app wouldnt allow me to cancel a reservation. I called the location and kendra answers as if she doesnt even want to be at work and when i tell her my issue she just hung up in my face .ive never been handled so rudely before. She shouldn’t be dealing with people

DO NOT RENT FROM HURTZ, one they do not clarify there will be a charge if the tank is not full and CHARGED 9.99 A GALLON , had to pay 150 dollars in gas

I was going to give this place a one star because I had some issues at first. But, Kendra earned my 5 star rating! She was very helpful and fixed all the issues I had.

Horrible service from the young woman who works there. Tried to explain my situation to the employee that I had never even been to the state on account of me leaving an abusive relationship with my two children. So when the tried to give me an electric car and I told her I can’t have an electric car I’m an 1.5 away up the mountains. (they also told me to download an app to help find charging locations which cost $10 a WEEK BTW.) anyways the woman that was helping me walked away and said something and I couldn’t hear her so I asked my daughter did you hear what she said, and the rude employee that was there told me I need to go eat and stop taking my problems out on her employees. Not once did I raise my voice or say anything that would have been considered rude. She was disrespectful and nasty and I hope she gets the karma that she deserves. To hear a snippet of a very stressful situation and to make comments like that is horrible. I hope that no one else has to deal with her and her unprofessional self! Needless to say I didn’t get the electric car I was to upset to even think straight after that. Don’t go their if you expect people to be nice to you.

Every single hertz I've been to has an hour+ wait when you're supposed have a reservation. This location gave me 3 options to choose from, two were full of trash, and physical damage, so I went for the Nissan. After 2 days of driving it it broke down on me, and they left me with the option of paying for a tow for their poorly maintained vehicle, to their location 30 miles away, or threatened to report the car as stolen. There was no trying to work with me, no option to bring it to a closer shop, no admission to the horrible physical (and mechanical apparently) condition of their cars. This company is a scam, and one with poor customer service to boot. I will 100% never use hertz again, god gave me 2 feet for a reason.
