Our Soft coated wheaten terrier Yuna is extremely skiddish and shy around people. They did an amazing job of cleaning her up and by giving her a private groom so her anxiety was less.Thank you! Already set an appointment for next month.

I made an appointment with the owner to groom my nervous and shy cat after a traumatic experience which left his coat soiled in a hazardous substance (not hazardous to him but potentially hazardous to others). The two ladies took tremendously good care of him, were very sweet, and the owner refused to charge me for their excellent service because of the situation. Please consider them for grooming your furbaby. They will treat them right.**Update - Two months later, he still smells subtly of apples and cinnamon! I love it. I'm planning to call to make another appointment with them before the end of the year to give him another wash and brush, clip his nails, and trim his mane.

We've been taking our dogs to Happy Hounds Pet Grooming for nearly the last 3 years. We've had nothing but beautiful and happy dogs leave their establishment every time. Our German Shepherd named Bo has nervous aggression. Over time, they've earned his trust and now he lets them cut his nails! They've always been very kind and patient with every animal I've seen there, including our pets. Hands down, they've been the best groomers we've had yet and we highly recommend them. I've attached a picture of "Red" our Rhodesian Ridgeback mix who's a very happy boy after a bath and trim. He came to us with a Red tie and it was amazing.

My little dog is very timid and scared. Took her to get her nails trimmed and the lovely ladies there were awsome. They got us in the SAME day I called. Very impressed with the quality of care they give.

They always do an amazing job with my happy boy. He's usually more matted than I'd like to admit, and they get him looking amazing for a great price. I do have to drive all bit, but it's 1,000% worth it.

Maximus and I had a great first experience at Happy Hounds. Max is super anxious, so much that I had to pick him up unfinished during his last haircut at another location. I was nervous to take him to a new place, but he did great with Krista and team! The quality of their haircut was much better than the previous groomer. I also really like the "open concept" where pets can interact with other dogs while waiting to be picked up. Thank you so much, we will be back!

I took my dog in for a Head, Feet, and Tail trim groom (the second tier that they offer). It ended up being way more expensive than what I was quoted with over email, and I only had paw balm added on to his grooming package. His groom looks good.

Wow!! What an incredible place!My puppy and I just moved back to Colorado and we’re looking for a groomer here in the Springs. Everyone was so friendly and they did an AMAZING job! My pup is a golden doodle and I know can be tricky to groom but they handled her wonderfully! And reasonably priced! Definitely recommend.

The pictures tell the story. There were very clear instructions. Not only that it should be a trim but the length was also demonstrated. The yound lady forgot or didn't pay attention to this and said she looked up previous pictures. But that was the wrong dog! Pictures of our dog were on file from the recent trim and they clearly showed the picture attached here. Of course the cut was free. However, there was no offer for at least one free return.
