We stopped in Thursday after a recommendation from an O’Riellys employee. Our car had started to sputter after a 9 hour drive from Kansas City on the way to Cripple Creek for a family vacation. They got us in and within an hour and a half diagnosed the problems, got the parts and fixed it. They even allowed us to sit inside with our dog and her water bowl since it was a hot day. Cant say thank you enough.

Im very annoyed that i had 3 conversations with your shop about getting my head gasket repaired got a quote which was wrong so he ended up calling me back with the correct price ok no big deal told the guy on the phone that im coming to drop off the car after confirming yes head gasket that i should not be driving it around so i wanted to make sure we were on the same page well i guess not! drove all the way there for the owner to tell me they dont even do head gasket repairs which seems odd considering you're a mechanic maybe he didnt like the look of me who knows but couldnt even give me an apology completely disrespectful and dismissive wanted nothing to do with me. i will never recommend this shop and tell people to go somewhere else this isnt cool thats not a good owner and you will never get my business back

I wanted to spend my money with a local small business. My car was making a funny noise. I took a chance on the mechanic across the street so I could walk to work. What I got was this amazing guy (Oscar) that I am proud to call "my mechanic".
