“Easiest process purchasing a firearm so far. Staff was very knowledgeable and no BS. Background checks are done on tablets with keyboards that are very clean and fast. The whole store is clean and a great place to spend time. Only downside is the selection: it is so good that you'll spend more $$$ than you wanted to. Was in and out within 30 minutes with the firearm I came in to buy.”

“This gun store is awesome! I had a gun shipped to them for my background check and within minutes of getting notified my gun had been delivered to the Shootin Den I got a call from them. The red haired lady down there( sorry I didnt get her name) was super nice and had me squared away in 10 minutes. I always hated going into other gun stores cuz the guys are always kinda snotty and talk down to you cuz you ask questions but the Shootin Den was the complete opposite. Very friendly and easy to talk to. No pressure to buy anything just a great gun store all around. Its my go to gun store from now on!!”

“Seeing ebenezer Allen the train now is substantial when I was first complaining about my mistreatment where the Allen tavern started wonder where the Allen tavern before Newport was maybe they would help basically it’s a mud pit being flooded where the gold is where the life I had and Allen tavern was washed away from with war crime against me by court where me having title to properties was second class to people doing payments with a bank where keeping my liberty working hostile network is a enslavement chain link the city is doing hits on me and I have no one to help me survive when I plan on winning back all that was mine they are going to kill me before I even get one word against them the world and cops or what ever it is my property is not for human residence ?broker jaw the alien ? you know Thomas the tank engine is coming to Colorado Springs watch out and you know ebenezer Allen the tank engine is outside waiting for you”

Having experienced the transition from Whistling Pines to DCF, I can confidently say this range stands out among the rest. While pricing and changes in ownership have presented challenges, it’s the outstanding staff that keeps me coming back.
Mel deserves special recognition—she’s fantastic. We’ve had our moments, but she has consistently taken care of me and my company, whether it’s helping with orders or accommodating our scheduling needs. Nick and Devin are also great. Though I haven’t known them as long, they’ve been incredibly flexible and always make me feel like a priority. I also want to give a shout-out to Josh, whose gunsmithing skills have been a game-changer for the DCF team. In the past, this was an area that needed improvement, and Josh has definitely filled that gap.
While I occasionally visit other ranges, DCF East is by far the best. The staff are approachable, communicative, and handle themselves professionally, even when faced with difficult customers. My only concern is the functionality of all the shooting lanes—there are occasional issues, but given the heavy usage, I understand it’s not always easy to maintain everything perfectly.
Overall, thank you, DCF East, for your dedication and for being a great asset to our local gun community.”

“I've taken a few of my rifles to HTC for repairs and Rich has delivered above and beyond. Most recently, I bought a new barrel from HTC and had Rich chamber it in a wildcat round. The barrel and chamber look superb through my borescope. I'm in the process of barrel-break-in so am not certain of the accuracy yet, but I am confident it's going to be a shooter!
