To mirror others, this has been a horrible experience and will never do business here again. I’m very thankful for my credit card company assisting in opening a fraud case to get movement from this vendor. I was sent the wrong wheels from what was ordered and took a month to finally get return packing slips and a refund.

Add me to the long list of dissatisfied people with greg dunn's existence. He has plenty of time to play on social media all day, but will still task you with contacting your credit card company to do a charge back on the orders he had no intention of fulfilling instead of simply cancelling the transaction on his end. I bought some rims from him and as an actual car enthusiast got excited and ordered $1500 worth of tires from tirerack in anticipation of my new purchase. Once I realized that he stiffed me on his end, I said f*** it and had them installed on my current wheels because they were already sitting at my installer's location for several days and they were "kind of" the right size. Needless to say I wish I had just spent the extra time to return them, but I actually work for a living and don't have anywhere near the free time that he does to do s*** like this very easily. Thankfully I didn't purchase the lugnuts and centercaps to go with my purchase before finding these reviews about him. Report his business on facebook and tell your cc company to flag his account for fraud when doing your chargebacks too. I hope everything bad that he had coming to him happens tenfold and then some. What a piece of s**** I'm reporting him to every fraud agency that I can get my hands on this evening. I've already reached out to maxilite, the manufacturer of the rims that he's screwed so many of us over with. Rot in hell greg dunn. He took his business number down from yelp, but it's 719-510-6272 if you want to give him a hard time about trying to rip you off. He won't respond, but rest assured he sees all of it because he's blocked me on several platforms despite never replying to me. Never f*** with a man's car Greg James Dunn

I contacted the owner of this business to purchase auto parts he had listed. He responded with an offer, which I quickly accepted. From that point forward, he did not respond to or return any messages. Days later, he reneged on the deal and claimed he sold the parts to someone else. He seems very dishonest in his dealings from the research I have done and I would not recommend anybody trust anything that he says.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is so irritating.Another bad experience here. $1000 spent and wasted on some wheels. Been waiting 2 months now, as well as trying to get updates on my orders… the guy is impossible to get a hold of. The only response i ever got when trying to call him was a declined call and test saying “cant talk, text me”…. Cool dude. Get lost and close your business if you cant do the right thing.

My worse online buying experience, Greg never responded my emails after I payed almost a $1000 dollars for a set of Alpina wheels, He never responded my calls neither my ebay messages. I had to open a claim with Ebay and my credit card to get my money back. BE CAREFULL. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I spoke with Greg a few months back and it was a great experience. Seemed like a great guy, and very knowledgable. I finally decided to buy the Alpina style wheels from him through his website. I tried to ask for the tracking info on my purchase through his website, email, phone and text. No response whatsoever. In fact, after just a few phone calls, he started to block my phone calls. His voicemail is always full, and does not respond. I would love to be able to buy from him and throw business his way, but I had to cancel the order and work with PayPal and my credit card company to get the money back. If he doesn't want to fulfill orders, then he needs to stop accepting orders. Very frustrating.

Terrible customer service. Takes your money and never ships out your items.. 2 months of waiting. No reply to emails, calls, texts. Thanks for wasting my time. Now i hoping PayPal will step in and help me get my $1000 back.

I ordered a set of wheels and received the wheels. I made several calls, emails, and texts over the course of a week and never heard back. Looks like I not the only one he has done this too.

Ordered wheels from this place and after 2 1/2 weeks I have no wheels and no contact. Tried calling and emails with no response to either. Don't know if it's bad business, bad customer service or a scam
