Been coming here for a year now. I joined the waitlist online, showed up and was at the top. The lady that cuts my hair was on lunch and was told she’d be back in 25 minutes. I sat in my truck for 20 then went back in, I also let the girls know this is what I was doing. I noticed my name was removed from the list. They put me back but on the bottom. Told me I’d have to wait through 12 people again… this was entirely their mistake and were not willing to make it right. Meghan, I’m extremely upset about this one. Terrible customer service.
I will not be back.

I’ve been here twice, after a mom and pop had to cancel on me I decided to give this great clips a try and was incredibly happy with my service both times. I ended up getting 2 different ladies and both were friendly and wonderful! I gave them a 100% tip because of the great service and excellent haircut! If you come here, you will not be disappointed.

Customer Service is out of sight. Hair cuts are worth what you pay for. Always make sure you check in online, otherwise you're gonna have a long wait

Absolute nightmare hack job done on my son's hair. I won't embarrass my son by posting the pictures I took of the front, but just imagine the same kind of hacking done all over his bangs (which he asked only to be trimmed, and asked that she only take a VERY little bit off the top). We went back because my son was very upset, and she did fix the back, but not before blaming my son for having a "thing in the back of his head" (a tendon which 100% of the population has) and saying it was because his hair "grows every which way" (not true and even if it was, isn't that why you go to school to learn how to cut hair?). No refund offered and we just wanted to get out of there as it was obvious to me she was not going to accept responsibility for any of it. She didn't listen to anything that my son asked for in a haircut.
