What a cluster.Brought my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe into the shop to diagnose a rotten egg smell and get a couple other routine things fixed. I was told that the smell was possibly the catalytic converter, but we could try fixing a sensor to see if that would fix the problem, so we did that, but unfortunately it did not fix the smell.Brought it in the next week to fix the smell and was called by one of the techs saying that the smell was from a gasket leak on the back of the engine and fixing that would solve the issue. Another $900 later and the problem wasn't fixed. When I called and told them that they didn't fix the problem, I was told that tech misread the report and told me the wrong information and it actually was most likely the catalytic converter. After they apologized for the mistake, I was told that I will get a bunch of discounts and everything to fix the actual issue, so I brought it in once again and another $500 later. Finally after everything was "fixed", I had them lock the set of keys in the car (so I could just pick it up when I had time). I got a call from the shop asking me that when I stopped to pick up the car, if I would let them know when I was there because one of the techs locked another person's car keys in my car ?♂️The only redeeming factor about this place was Ginger. She was very helpful and apologetic, but still doesn't make up the fact that I pretty much wasted $2,500 (Keep in mind, this car is worth about $1,000) on this hunk of junk. The egg smell is still present unfortunately..

Disappointed on my visit. Have wrangler advantage with kevlar tires on my grand cherokee. I only have 22k on these 60k tires and tread depth is 4,5,6,6 /32. Was told I did not rotate them enough and until they are all down to 4/32 there is nothing they can do to pro rate them. These tires are about a year old! So it looks like I will be driving in Colorado snow and spring rains with marginal tires until it meets Goodyears criteria. I have bought Goodyear tires a bunch over the years and have always been satisfied until now.

This store is awesome with customer service and getting my car fixed. I had a tired pressure monitor issue and the technician worked the problem and fixed the issue. Ginger is in charge of scheduling, customer service, inventory, and is extremely knowledgeable about cars and tires. She is so efficient and organized. I love coming here to get my car fixed.

I came here because my boyfriend’s brother works at a Good Year at a different location and he said we could get an employee discount. We did get a discount, however, they charged me nearly $180 (with discount it was lower than that) just to LOOK at the car to see what’s wrong with it. I take it to Big O Tires and they didn’t even charge me just to look at the car and right away got to the bottom of how to fix the car. This company is greedy with money. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I came in for an oil change with regular add ons.Ginger the service manager wasn't the best in customer service. She was passive aggressive when telling me about my lug nut possibly being broken. Instead of trying to complete my tire rotation they only rotated 3 tire an told me it was my fault they couldn't rotate all 4. An her argument was I'd be waiting longer then I already had been waiting if they tried to rotate the 4th tire. I feel like if Goodyear offers the service it should be completed at 100% not 80%. I scheduled my appointment at 2:30 and didn't leave until 4:00 so what would've been the harm in trying to rotate the 4th tire. Unfortunately it's hard to find people with good work ethic these days. The only good that came from this visit was cayrin he was amazing with his customer service when checking me in and out very professional

The manager hung up on me because he got angry that online it says they do free diagnostics checks here. I found it odd but wonderful and then called. This manager spoke to me as if I was a silly human. Ridiculous. He corrected me and said that is not what it says online. I responded do not tell me what I am seeing. That is ridiculous for humans to just be upfront ungrateful for business and just being unkind for zero reason. He could have said:“I apologize for this! I am so sorry, I had no idea the company websites mention free diagnostic checks. That is not the case. Our price for this is…”He hung up on his customer like a little brat and would not handle or conduct business professionally. This location I would recommend you just heading to actual businesses that handle themselves professionally when things are advertised wrongfully online. Just to get customers to call, waste time and come in. That is not right.Smug and temper tantrums it what you will get here. I just feel you all should be aware. It’s extremely childish at this location.?Firestone does well professionally ?(Owner: 3:05pm/5.23.23: Time of call. Manager who has been working there for 10+ years.Their behavior is unnecessary. This man turns away business for you all daily. I am sure of it.)

My car battery died across the street at mcdonald's and I didn't have my cables with me. This whole ordeal was first thing in the morning, and I spoke to a girl named Ginger. she was an absolute gem and insisted on helping any way she could, including letting me take her personal jumper cables across the street to jump my battery. She also offered to run my cars diagnostics to insure there were no deeper issues. I'm so grateful and thankful for her help in getting my car back on the road. 10/10 recommend this Goodyear location (and Ginger's assistance)- they saved me from what could've been a really stressful day!

Bought 4 new tires w. warranty for $837.89. In process they damaged a custom rim. When pointed out to the manager she tried to say it was there before! I let her know that was an outright LIE and she needed to repair the fresh damage. It was clearly new and there was no road grime on it. She actually LAUGHED. WOW. The estimated cost to repair the rim is $150. Wish I would've looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website before I went there. LOOK THEM UP! First red flag was that were hardly any cars there doing business. Consider yourself warned!
