Purchased some plants here. There are no labels identifying the plants a poisonous to humans. Wouldn't exchange the plants. Go to lowes, better policies and a lot nicer!

Customer service desk here is awful. They act like you are a supreme bother and aren't helpful with the military discount. We ended up going to Lowe's for our appliance needs and had a much better experience! Disappointed as I was a loyal HD customer but now think Lowe's has better service.

Do not shop this store! I bought a washer and dryer last Wednesday and decided to add on install and was given the run around over and over again. Then I finally just said help me get parts so I can install it myself and they told me they couldn't help me. The assistant manager didn't really care today when I spoke to him. He just tried to blame the online people. Just spend the extra money and go to Lowe's. I called Lowe's yesterday and they helped me get the parts I picked them up and installed last night

Standing there waiting for someone to ask if I need help while they are doing online orders. Needing some chain cut and nothing. But yet everyone wants top dollar pay

Mngr Dan was less than helpful. His messed up on a tool rental this evening. I went to the store to see if they could supply me with the missing piece of the equipment I had rented and he said I would have to come back tomorrow (a third trip) to get the missing item. I asked if he would give me a discount, for our troubles and he said, "I will not." I asked him why and he said, "because I don't have to." I responded by saying, "well you've lost a customer". He said that's fine. Excellent customer service (she says, with all the sarcasm I can muster.) I hope you don't ever need a favor, Dan. You might end up with the karma headed your way.

We shopped around for a new refrigerator after our 10-year-old Samsung quit working. We decided with all of the other problems we had experienced it wasn't worth repairing. All of the big box stores are very low on inventory, no doubt Putin and supply chain problems. We finally purchased an LG unit that was $1,000 more than we had budgeted because everything else would have taken a month or more to order. We paid for it, and they promised to deliver a week later. Still a long time to be without a refrigerator but what else could we do. The delivery guys showed up, took our old unit out of the house and loaded it on the truck. They then unloaded and unboxed the new unit and set it on the driveway. The inept and inexperienced crew decided that the new unit (which was narrower than the old one) would not fit through the door. They loaded the new refrigerator back into the truck while I wasn't watching and left my property without my permission. I contacted Home Depot customer service. They apologized and assured me that it would be redelivered by a more experienced crew on Monday. No one contacted me so at 1:00 I called them. They said, "Oh, that's not scheduled to be delivered until Wednesday." We will have been without a refrigerator for almost two weeks by then. Subsequent calls to their customer service department have been ignored.

Worst customer service of any Home Depot I have ever been to. Ordered a patio set to pick up at the store. Took my order, called hours later, only to find they had my email address wrong and I was never notified that the did not have it in stock. Even though I can literally go on their website and it says they have 1 in stock. I realize things like this happen, and that's not the part that gets my 1 star review. Not one of the 3 people I spoke to apologized for the inconvenience and were out and out rude when I called. I am now a Lowes customer

I have spent five hours now just trying to get an item delivered from the store that I ordered online a week ago. They charged me and keep passing me off to support and then telling me to wait on hold while they talk to the shipping people and then telling me to call the store which then tells me they have no information. As far as I know, Home Depot isn't going to deliver some thing that I spent $500 on. I have done absolutely everything in my power to resolve this but Home Depot just does not care.

Second time I have had a bad online order experience tied with this particular location thus prompting me to write the review. First time I ordered cabinets and waited over a month to find out they were delivered to the store for pickup but no one at the store could locate them therefore I had to cancel the order. Second time I ordered lumber and supplies online for delivery and although their system showed it on schedule no one ever called or showed up with the delivery. In both instances I spent an outrageous amount of time either in online chat or on hold trying to rectify both issues. Huge frustration and waste of my valuable time. Customer support for online orders and their online chat is very bad. The online purchase and delivery experience should be seamless but it is basically a sh** show. My advise to others is to not buy anything from this store unless you can physically grab it from the shelf. If you need to order online shop at Amazon.com they seem to know how to fulfill online orders.

This location is AWFUL!!! Terrible customer service and very unhelpful. When trying to match paint to a can of paint I brought in they said (the only option to really match it) was to cut a hole in my wall, but provided no other options. They didn’t even give the option of using the existing paint to match the color or just trying to go a shade darker. When we wanted to buy a dishwasher, they said to shop online! If I could give them a -20 rating out of 10, I would. They are there if you ABSOLUTELY NEED something. But don’t expect any help!

not my normal HD (I usually use north academy or monument) but stopped over here to find a tool that was sold out elsewhere. The experience was a not a good one. They indicated they had two in stock, one was missing parts and the other couldn't be located...and since it was a gift, I was out of luck. (this was early december). Staff were not super helpful...a shrug and said it happens, don't trust the info online. Awesome!

Absolutely love their drive up option which is super convenient when you're on the go and especially having kids. They're always super quick and come out within minutes of arriving and they are always super helpful when I do go in to shop. Overall really like this location.

Don't let them help you load your car!!! The loader ignored the open trunk and tried to side step into the back of the SUV with a tool box in his hands and almost broke the door off, I had to step in and stop him and ask him if he also heard the loud crack when he tried doing that. At 6 1/2 months pregnant I had to step in to prevent further damage and load it myself. I pointed out the substantial scratches from where he was attempting to load. He just walked away, no apology. I gave management a call and got the run around for a week before getting passed off to a 1-800 number. Absolute joke.

Wait, wait, wait while orange vested workers do nothing. Ask for help they say go find someone else I am standing here doing nothing, but not my department. Orders come in damaged over and over and over. Nate is service manager and he is the worst. Go to SW Colorado Springs or North Academy. One worker said a lot of people quitting, but i saw 30 holding themselves up on shopping carts.
