Their new return policy is not loyal customer friendly. I have a receipt, but since it is 90 days old, I was unable to return the item that they carry in store.

Ship to store is a rip off. I ordered an item and waited 5 days until it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store, the item was clearly damaged. I asked for the product to be reordered and was told that it would arrive 5-6 days later, which doesn't work for me as I have a project that can't wait. Thanks home depot.

Update 9/202024
Again Very Disappointed! I was unable to locate 2 items in the location the app said they were, Aisle. 1 Bay 15. So I asked a rep at the booth who looked on his phone and told me they were in Isle 1 Bay 15 ?. First off there is no bay 15, it stops at 12! Then I was told I had the wrong location on my app. I gave him the store # and after he looked on his phone again he verified I was in the right store. I then asked him to take me to Isle 1 Bay 15. After staring at the bay 12 sign for a minute or two he got on his phone again ?. I ended up going to Wal Mart and found what I needed. Hey Home Depot! I am done with you! Bye bye!
Very disappointed in the service at this Home Depot. Don't even bother if you want to use cash. There's only 1 self checkout that accepts cash. The store is dirty, poorly lit. Just not worth the aggravation.

I do like that it is close to my house. I don't like the giant pot hole in the road In front of their parking lot. And sometimes they don't have the pumping part that I need.

Went and rented a van here. They’re doing some new process with clear and your id. They made the return process easy. Probably by far one of the better Home Depots, nice and knowledgeable staff.
