Honestly I usually don't come too often to home depot. But! From the few times I've gone with my husband he's always found what he needed with ease. Are the prices a bit high. Yes. Such is life every where I suppose.

trucking company arrived to say they couldn't install bought refrigerator due to water turnoff wasnt available and they couldn't do that. Refrigerator was in the truck but they toook it back to the store. Attitude of the deliverer was horrible. Look for another store to buy from. Home depot didn't tell us to watch the online video. We DID go through the checklist that was on the receipt. NOWHERE on the receipt does it say to make sure that you MUST watch the online video. Recommend going with a different store. The out sourcing for delivery for Home Depot is HORRIBLE. Go with a different store.

Rented a carpet cleaner from here and got home to find out it was broken and leaked water all over my dining room floor. I called to talk to someone to get this situation sorted and the people in the tool rental department are super rude, hung up on me multiple times just trying to get ahold of someone and when I finally got ahold of some man he responds with "yeah sure bring it in" and then hung up on me again. Just got to Lowe's. Very poor costumer service.

A couple nights ago I bought 3 bolts and put them in the bag they provide in that dept plus I grabbed a can of spray paint. Went up to the cashiers and she asked if I wanted to buy a bag. Buy a bag. I mentioned that the world is going crazy. Then she lit into me about how "we" need to save the earth! I am 68 and remember hippies were going to save the world with guitar music too... This young gal is brainwashed and did not notice I had a bag with bolts in it and it would hold the spray paint easily. This time I mean it when I say The World Is Going Crazy.

Crap service. Crap app. Save your time and frustration and go to LOWES at N. Academy. HD is just a mile from my house and I'm done trying to do business here. Ordered products for curbside pickup and they lost the order after I got there and it was a half hour getting straightened out. More than a half hour. Bad signage for pickup location. App crashed three times setting the parking spot number. Turns out it needs a leading zero 03 instead of just 3. Signs do not have a leading zero. Mans when the items were finally brought to car the dude just walked away and left the cart by the truck. Etc. Juvenile problems point to bad management. Bad attitude with everyone I encountered.

it took a while to get someone who knew where the items were that I was looking for, but once I got in touch with the right person they were very helpful indeed

I know my way around hardware stores, but when I do have a question, have always been able to find help. The lady in the plumbing department was extremely helpful on my last visit.

This is the worst Home Depot I've ever been in nobody will ask you if you need anything nobody is willing to give you information or help you find what you're looking for do you rather play it on their phone or sit up at the customer service desk and talk to each other important to you in a direction where it supposed to be I'd rather shop at Ace Hardware or Lowe's are used to love to go to Home Depot with my dad he love to buy tools. In fact and it was great to it's like nobody wants to work what happened to making America beautiful and helping people and customer satisfaction I'm in a retail business also and my customers always come first

07/01/22 = My review of Home Depot at 102 North Academy 80909. On 07/01/22 the 4th of July holiday weekend I went to Home Depot store #1504 today and ordered 22 Edgeguard cement boards and Miss Mako (a Home Depot employee) tracked down the products I needed immediately and placed my order for me for delivery to my home. I have an amazing FUN-Filled wonderful experience at Home Depot where employees go BEYOND the call of duty in kindness and caring to help you or anyone like me do their DIY projects. 03 days ago Miss Mako the same Home Depot employee mixed 8 gallons of paint for me with the PERFECT color gray paint for my driveway. Employees at Home Depot like Miss Mako makes us customers always want to come back repeatedly for our shopping needs. Thank you so much for your endless excellent and OUTSTANDING customer service at Home Depot in Colorado Springs, Colorado. ALL of Home Depot friendly employees go BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY to help everyone and makes everyone feel Welcomed and genuinely cared for. Great Job Home Depot at 102 North Academy 80909. Recommend not renting equipment from these people. If you bring your equipment back full of fuel they will still charge you. Not sure how much they wanted in it, it was just about to overflow. Something so small they charge you 10 bucks for. It's all good though. At least I got to pay an hour of work for the poor guy.

My husband and I ordered 4 new appliances. This is what happened. 1) Microwave was removed and hauled off BUT they left hardware and a mess behind so we had to fix the hardware they left so we could install the new microwave. 2) They struggled so hard to get the refrigerator in (after my husband had offered twice to take the door off) they dinged it all up - ultimately having to take the door off. 3) Stove - ugh. They didn't bring the correct size fitting that was needed so they left it. I mean it is Home damn Depot so you'd think they could go get the fitting - especially when the installation supervisor came out but no. I have a plumber coming out Friday. So I'll only be without a stove for a week. Wtf. 4) Dishwasher - they couldn't haul off the old dishwasher because the shut off valve under the sink leaked. Nope! They just didn't turn it off all the way. I spent 5 hours trying to get everything straightened out and wound up with a gift card to Home Depot for $150. I'm trying to decide if I should use it for a coaster or a bookmark. When I called the plumber, the dispatcher said she gets tons of Home Depot installation calls. Moral of the story - DONT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT - unless you hate yourself.

Sat. We bought a new fridge from them, got it home and it is defective! It doesn't work! We talked to the Manager Michele Lelani and she blew us off. First she said she'd have the defective fridge picked up and have the appliance dept. call to work out the details of a replacement. They never called. Monday we call and talk to the assistant manager and a salesperson in appliances to find that there is nothing on order for us. The person who was supposed to have called lied to them and said he left a voicemail. Total fabrication. Then we find our they don't even have the 1 we want in stock and can't get 1 for some time. They are supposed to pick up the defective fridge tomorrow but we still have no verification. Meanwhile we had not fridge so we bought 1 one Lowes and it was delivered today (1 day!).

My husband and I had an extremely bad episode in the Home Depot at 102 N.Academy this morning. We were pushing a cart and entered an aisle looking for a hot water heater. We got partway down the aisle, when a guy up high at the other end started shouting at us that the aisle was closed. We turned to retrieve our steps when an employee came up behind us to pull a gate across to close the aisle, trapping us in the aisle! I told him he was a little late closing the gate, once we were in the aisle. The manager then approached us,saying that we could be asked to leave the store for entering a closed aisle. We explained that the gate was not across the aisle opening, and he then accused us of opening the gate and entering the aisle!! I told him that the gate had not been pulled across the aisle and that he was accusing us of lying and doing something we hadn't done. He then asked us to leave. He mentioned that the security cameras would tell the story.I said, "Good. Then you will see that the aisle was not closed." I asked him to look at the security footage. He asked us to leave the store. We assured him we would leave and in the future, take our business elsewhere. If anyone should have been reprimanded, it was the employee who tried to pull the gate across after we had entered the aisle!!! But he was too worried about his job to speak the truth! We have never been so badly treated as customers!!
