Went in at 5:30 to trade some games. Was told by both employees that they stop doing trades 1 hour before close. Sound like to lazy to do their job. I drove to another location and was able to complete my trade in and purchases before the other store would have even been closing. Just pure laziness and poor customer service. If you don't want to work then just quit.

Came in to buy a controller for PS5 The guy said we close in six minutes. I said so no business being done? He said no. Why have your doors open at that point haha

The person I spoke to over the phone, I asked if they still take Xbox 360, he was extremely rude and said "No" then hung up. Poor service.

My brother's and I were in the palmer park store ( space center dr) on 11/21/2023, and Deon was a great help, he was very friendly, it was a great shopping experience. Thank you Deon.

Me and my son had went here to replace his Xbox and the employee Andrew, had provided exquisite help and had done everything in his power to help us. Definitely recommend this store.

The two girls that work there Saturday August 5th, are absolutely amazing!! Great personalities, sense of humor was fantastic!! Their customer service was out of this world. I came in with My boyfriend to look around and the three of them were talking about their likes and dislikes devil my cry. Which devil my cry was their favorite game to play and why. Great experience!! Love them. We will be coming back just to see both of them. They also told us what deals they were promoting but one get one free. Ty for a great experience

Went to visit the store at 5:20 and there was a sign on the door saying sorry left at 4:05 will be gone for 90 minutes. Yet there was a female employee in the store that shook her head at us.

Employee under a lot of pressure as it was only him in the shop. He did a phenomenal job handling a difficult customer, along with other customers, and answering phone calls. All with a smile on his face. Great job!

This location has preformed over all the other stores in all my decades of shopping. Staff has a better grasp of customer relations, & satisfaction.

Long story short horrible experience here with the manager I will save my complaint for GameStops Corporate. Some of the issues where him talking bad about his employees in front of all the customers in the store, not wanting to help me out and telling me what he thinks I should buy with my money after telling him what I was looking for and what I was in his store to purchase. Getting upset at me for not wanting him to help me anymore because of his mouth. l left this location not wanting to spend a dollar in this store. I will absolutely never return to this location. Went to a different location and purchased everything I was looking for.

They charged me more than the price listed on the product. After discussing this concern with an employee, the manager standing right next to them had nothing to say and the employee just kept telling me "there is nothing they can do."I think its fair to expect to pay the price listed on the product. The price difference was $9 and only posted on the product 5 days before my purchase but they didn't "update the sticker prices yet."Unfortunately, there was only one of those products available at the time. Please update your prices so customers aren't getting charged %30 more for a product.Not a good experience.

A gentleman was in when I went in he was extremely helpful I feel bad for not having his name but I visited other locations and he was the only one to help think out the box to help solve my issue

I had a great experience there the associate that was helping me she was super friendly super helpful to me and my grandson I can't remember her name but she was totally awesome
