Just wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful individual named Nate for helping my son get the best deal on a replacement switch since my sons last switch was stolen, Nate was extremely helpful and very nice , he went out of his way to get us the best deal and the best service we could have possibly received. I’m so thankful to have met such a wonderful person!You are a great man Nate! Thank you so much sir!

A regular Gamestop with friendly staff. Get your games, collectibles, and accessories here. If you are looking for a certain product, the staff usually know what they are talking about. You can do pre-orders here also. I also saw One Piece cards here once.

Nathaniel was Soo rude to me. Commented on my weight, was mean to a transgender in line behind me and overcharged me for my product. He argued with me stating that I can't read. It is a good thing I am an attorney. I want to speak to the CEO. This person needs to be managed and trained to be a gentleman even if he doesn't feel like it. Shame on him. I will only return to seek justice. Refund me immediately.

I’ve never actually had a good experience in a GameStop before! Other store screwed up my Xbox X order; Nathan not only got me squared away, but brought his team over to show them what mistakes were made and how to avoid them. He’s a good dude, and you should pay him more money.

The manager at this store is a weak lame. He reserved an item for me then gave it to someone else then cussed me out in public when confronted about it thenTried his best to act like a tough guy in the store... as did his employees. Tell your employees to step up or shut up.

I have been a pretty consistent customer for a while and I always feel really taken care of! I had the pleasure of working with Nathan (sorry if I butchered that) tonight. It was an hour to close and this dude was all about giving me the best experience! He did the ole sales pitch of ‘buy the warranty and such and such’ but he did it so very naturally. Felt like a sales pitch but like didn’t if that made sense. Was honest and he gave a real opinion about what he could, and let me know if he couldn’t. Super cool dude and he basically made me a customer for at least the next year. Thanks Nathan you are a g. Go here if you can? If not your loss is a truly authentic team of passionate gamers/and such.

First time at this location. I picked up the [highly sought after] Pyra & Mythra Amiibo today, a day late [oops] (7/22/23 ~4:30 PM). The man helping me with my order was friendly and also had a great sense of humor. Visit was brief but enjoyable, at least more so than some other locations I’ve been to. Thanks!Although the item is highly sought after and was insanely limited in stock, I managed to snag one and the order went through very quick with no problems.

Charged me for am order. Canceled my order and kept my money. Had to get a bank dispute going for stealing my money. N9body at the stores cate amd just tell me to call the 1800 number that never answers

The guy was very friendly, went and checked to see if he had any characters are figurines in the back room because I couldn’t locate the ones that I needed on the floor. Unfortunately they didn’t have them, but he showed me where there would be some socks with the characters on them.
