“One of my favorite shops in the Springs! I come here regularly just to look around even if I'm not planning to buy anything at that moment. They have a good variety of furniture in all different styles, including some more eclectic things that make me wonder how I could incorporate them into my house. Of course the most desirable pieces go quickly, so you have to stay on top of what they have, but everything seems to be in good shape or at least priced appropriately. I also appreciate the decrease in price over time if it hasn't sold. I've purchased a few things from them now and they're always very friendly and helpful. Recently I bought a table that I wasn't sure would fit in my car and two employees helped disassemble it and make sure it fit in my car safely - no shoving it in or trying to convince me to pay for delivery. I would highly recommend shopping here!”

“I was skeptical at first and just curious. When our washer went out, these folks were very friendly and helpful. They do ha e some new in-box appliances, which is what we decided on. Sure, there are some scratch and dent items, but they really aren't all that bad. When the new washer was discovered as hugely dented (below the packing materials), they replaced it. Special mention to Caitlin, the ops manager and Josh(?) For being so helpful. This store is definitely the right place for value and savings. (And don't we all need that right now?!). Thank you!”

“I can't speak to all La-Z-Boy, but I can rave about my experience at the Bloomington location. The showroom was utterly disappointing for me. (Vanilla!) We went there for the costomability and quality. I have a VERY eclectic and unique style. Nicole Wells, our sales associate overcame all of our disappoint with pure reassurance. Then she called in the store designer, Haley Calderon. We agreed to the home consult (100 and 10% recommend). Haley did more than embodied my style. She designed pure gold. These two, Nicole and Haley built me a room with Haley's designs that blew our minds. My husband before our design consult, asked me to please be nice. We bought everything! We loved everything Haley designed and Nicole found. If you have the opportunity to work with these women, take it. And if you have the opportunity to utilize Haley Calderon before she goes freelance jump on it. You'll love your space.”

I had a great experience with Terrance when I was shopping for this piece of furniture. As I was checking out, I started to chat with Terrance about the delivery and realize he would be delivering our furniture to Steamboat. I asked if I could have a phone number so that I didn’t call when they were coming. He gave me his cell phone, his personal cell phone, which was unbelievably gracious and generous.
Terrance called me to let me know he was delivering the piece of furniture and he was completely professional, completely on time, and delivering 100% of my expectations.
Then I had a bit of a crisis as I was installing a floor in Steamboat and ran out of material. And a moment that could only be described as desperate I decided to call Terrance’s personal cell phone and ask for a favor. The flooring I needed was at Costco, which was right near his shop, and I asked him if he could possibly pick up six boxes of flooring. I was unable to pay for the flooring at Costco online or over the phone speaking to the manager. And Terrance, who was an angel sent straight from heaven agreed to pick up the floor, pay for it with his personal card, and deliver it with the furniture to Steamboat Springs.
The whole episode made me feel like we live in a good world with good people. He trusted me and I trusted him and he saved our project as we had a deadline.
I was thrilled with Kirkland and Terrance before this episode and now he will go down his history as one of the angels that help me through a tight spot. He should be recognize his professionalism, generosity, work ethic, people, skills, and just, having a big heart and a good head on his shoulders. I wish I could clone people like him and I would hire an army of them. Kirklands is so lucky to have him!

“Jeremy was GREAT. He took time to find our Sleep Number and helped us select a bed and sheets. Unfortunately we couldn’t purchase the bed several weeks ago.
But we were able to successfully order our New Sleep Number bed a few days ago with Chris because all of our previous information was there. Only one item was omitted by accident - brackets. So those were added to our order. Those brackets arrived at our apartment today. Wish we didn’t have to wait so long to get our New Bed, but we are very EXCITED!!??”
