The attendent at the store was extremely helpful and professional. I had the pleasure of waching him deal with a bitter customer and he handled it very well. Furniture was what you would expect, but the attendants (floor manager maybe?) professionalism was outstanding.

We bought a three piece living room set, I understand it's clearance but for two of the three pieces (chair and love seat) to be broken and them hide it is awful. The love seat frame was completely broken in half on one side. Unable to be used until we braced it with plywood. The arm of the love seat was also broken as well as the arm of the chair. Not to mention a bloody bandage under the cushions of the couch. Once we got them home it was obvious the store knew about the broken spots because the backing had been pulled away from underneath on the broken areas.So I know they looked and saw the damage then put them up for sale with no indication that they were broken. So incredibly shady. Will never go back.

All parts wasn’t delivered and had me wait over two weeks for a simple part but they proceeded to order the whole furniture piece..not sure why. I was told they would be coming a certain day and time but they do not show up even though I was on the phone with one of the employees an hour earlier. If you want your time wasted and confusion and to be bounces around this is the perfect place.

Good selection of furniture. Bought a dresser, which got damaged by their delivery crew. Contacted multiple times about getting refunded for delivery fee and never heard back.

Surprisingly overpriced for a clearance center, and considering the quality of some of the pieces the prices are downright laughable. Make sure you know what you are looking at, and be prepared to hunt through the nonsense and occasionally you get lucky, but you would have much better luck at Platte Furniture.

First of all, this review is NOT for the saleswoman, but for the store Manager. There was a survey sent to me about every aspect of our shopping and delivery but nothing about the management. So here’s my survey response:We had our furniture shipped to store, then delivered to our home via contactless delivery today after purchasing our couches in September. The packages clearly show that the items to be delivered were not correct. Instead of receiving a chaise and sofa, we received two chaises instead. When my husband realized the mistake he called the store, spoke with our amazing and hard working saleswoman and she was going to problem solve what happened. We called back a few hours later and we were told by the manager that the manufacturer made the initial mistake (no ownership whatsoever) and sent the wrong pieces.However, the manager stated that we would have to have the “wrong” piece picked up from our home and then we can order the correct piece. We will have to wait again for our correct order! There were no apologies, no “make it right” nothing. The management should be the first line of support for his employees and customers and check the order when they come in . The tags clearly state chaise lounges on both but the order number matched. Two separate items delivered on two separate days.Not only did the manager not know what was going on in his own store, he did not offer to call other stores. His employee, who works on commissions, has to take out her time and living wages to go above and beyond. (During a Black Friday Sale) Why? I learned today that our salesperson looses out on commissions payment today. This is a horrible way to treat your employee and a very poor way to represent this company. Do not shop here. The Regional Manager needs to know about the lack of accountability and support and is tarnishing the name of the company.

I bought a bed paid cash, when I got it it was used then they tell me it's going to take a week for my refund,why you took my money in 2.2 seconds.they didn't offer no apology no nothing bad business worst customer service
