Every interaction I've had with Groove (Freedom) has been very positive. I have purchased six cars from them, and have had all maintenance done there. They are very professional and very friendly. In fact, I have made a couple of friends there!

Wow...Just the fact that they opened a long time ago and were 20 miles closer to my house made them PRICELESS! They have rebuilt a wrecked 2004 Odyssey, put a power steering pump & power window regulator on my 2003 Accord V6 and done a couple of 100k tune ups for me over the years and I would call Freedom Honda OUTSTANDING! EXCELLENT pricing.

They low-balled us on our trade-in and they charge an extra fee when buying a car! There are many other dealerships that don't charge an added mark-up fee.Sounds like the owner needs to save his money rather than travel around the world to play golf. (Yes, I've been told this).Replying to response: Is that right? Please tell the owner that he has a great Customer Relations Mgr. and that I hope he is paying you well.

Dylan Phillips were so helpful with all of the extra guarantees I need for my Pilot and service department staff are also very helpful and amazing. Highly recommended this dealership

I just talked to a sales rep at Freedom Honda just today looking for a 2022 Civic or HRV. She said they had one in transit. Then she proceeded to tell me that they would be adding a $2,000.00 ADDITIONAL dealer fee on top of the regular dealer handling fee. I asked her why and she said it was because of the high demand and low inventory of cars everywhere and so they can. So basically, Freedom Honda is gouging people because they are greedy. That is one of the most disgusting practices I've seen by a company. These people are garbage. Their competitors are not doing this stuff. Go to any other dealership than this one. If they do stuff like that, they are not honest businesspeople and they can't be trusted.

I brought my car into Freedom Honda Service for the first time and had a great experience so far. Daniel B (Danny) was the Servicer and he was friendly, pleasant, and always kept in contact with me to keep me updated in the process. He was very prompt with my requests (I've asked for a summary of the issues to be emailed to me and I've also left a VM for a final amount of the repair). Customer service was definitely 5 STARS! I just wished they provided Shuttle service :( (reason for the 4 STAR rating). However, I was told that it will be in the works!

We're driving through Colorado Springs and my engine light came on. I should also mention my car was having a hard time going up hills. I definitely needed an oil change but assumed I needed a tune up as well. I brought my car here and they did my oil change and checked my transmission fluid and said I didn't need to waste my money because I didn't need it. They hooked my car up to their machine and it was fine. It actually runs better now. I'm surprised it was so bad just because of the oil change but I appreciate the honesty of this Honda and highly recommend coming here!

The service department at this dealership is a joke. The week before last, I noticed my vehicle was leaking oil. I called them from work, explained my situation and that I was leaving on a 13 hour road trip in 2 days, and they insisted they couldn't fit me in until the following week. I still drove to the dealership after work, asked for my vehicle to be checked and asked for the service manager and they refused to help me. The next day, I had someone else check out the vehicle and they confirmed the drain bolt was hand loose and was the result of a technician error during the oil change. Freedom Honda is the only place to have ever serviced my vehicle as it's only had 1 oil change. I towed the vehicle back to the dealership and decided I wasn't leaving until I was helped. The tow truck driver pointed out a nail on my rear driver side tire, which I told the dealership about after I arrived. After a while, the advisor, Stephanie Garcia, told me my vehicle was ready. They replaced the oil and claimed a master tech verified the work. I asked about the nail in the tire and she said the techs didn't find a nail and the pressure was off in one of my tires. I had them go back and check. An hour later, Stephanie comes back and says they found the nail. I questioned how am I supposed to trust the quality of their work when the techs can't find a nail THAT I TOLD THEM ABOUT! She got snippy and rude and said she wouldn't argue with me. Asking questions and holding you accountable for your errors isn't arguing, Stephanie. I decided I was done dealing with a rude and incompetent person and went back to the service manager, Chris Burris, who's not much better. He gave a lot of lip service about talking to his staff but I could tell he just wanted me out of there. After waiting for the tire to arrive from another dealership and get replaced, I was finally ready to go. I'm driving home, and my low tire pressure light comes on, so I turn around and head back. Chris claimed to have fixed it but during my road trip, the light has again come on. I've measured all 4 tires, and they're all where they're supposed to be so it seems this joke of a service department has now messed up the sensor. I will have a competent Honda service department fix their mistake and will never go back here. Rude and incompetent will drive your customers away always!And for all my troubles, they gave me a card for my next oil change free! That is laughable! As if I would ever go back there when they can't perform a proper oil change to begin with!

Lease a car there on October 16, 2020Temp plates expired Dec 2020, it is now April 2021 and still no plates. Called dealer for another temp plate and were told it was our issue not theirs, to go to DMV. Went to DMV, they said the dealer needs to issue another temp plate. When we leased the car from them they did everything to please us, after that it seems like they dont want to be bothered with anything anymore.

Had an alignment done there. The job was done very quickly since I arrived as they were opening. The problem was that the steering wheel wasn't centered.
