Keyana was extremely rude, I tried buying a TV and was wanting to plug it in before I bought it but she wouldn't let me. Not only that I heard her call me a derogatory name while talking to her coworker. I would not come her and she should be fired.

Very unfair. Nonchalant acting. I had a pressure washer for sale worth $3,000 brand new I only had it 6 months. I only wanted $1,100 manger offered me $600 told me to call back on that following Monday. Once I called said he wasn’t interested in it. No reason or anything. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Pawned a firearm and was lowballed. They lied about how much they resell them for and it clearly didn’t match the firearms they had in their display case. Beware

I Ordered pizza then walked over to the pawnshop. Haven’t been to this pawnshop in years and now I remember why. I was waiting there for over 30 minutes to look at ring that I was interested in possibly purchasing. The lady said that she had forgot about me. No she didn’t forget about me and neither did her coworker. They ignored my husband and I. With only one customer in the store at the counter both employees just stood there leaning on the counter chatting with the person as if it was their social hour. After I had been standing at the jewelry case for sometime and my husband had already walked around and saw everything in the store several times another person walked in. We were told that we would be helped after they helped the gentleman that had just walked in. Someone else walked in and stood in line at the front counter to be helped. Once again we were over looked because they helped that person too before they helped us. At one point the female employee loudly stated to her coworker that it was almost time for her to go pick up someone. Shortly after she disappeared for a while. We were there in the store for a hour and a half before actually fully being helped. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I HONESTLY DON’T KNOW HOW THIS PAWNSHOP IS IN BUSINESS STILL.

This is normally my go to pawn shop. But recently they have been slacking. Closing the doors BEFORE the closing time. That makes all the difference when you're trying to make a payment. I'm not too sure about them anymore. ?

This is my go-to pawn shop. I've had experience with just about every pawn shop in town and I have to say by far first Cash pawn on South Academy has been the most consistent and the fairest when it comes to giving me a good price for my item. Manager Tony is very cool laid-back , definitely my favorite employee is Dakota the guy is always in the shop always upbeat always makes the transaction whether I'm buying something and he's helping me look for something or whether I'm just pawning something it's always a pleasant experience. definitely have five star for this place. If anybody in Colorado Springs needs to pawn something or wants to go check out some electronics or tools or anything that you might find at a pawn shop this is the place to go. Highly recommend First Cash pawn on South Academy.

Dude with glasses and blonde hair thinks he runs the store down there. He was just straight out rude when I came in with silver. He Said his acid test said they were all fake which I don't believe. I told him how I tried pawning them a year ago and just didn't like the amount offered which he then replied with, "they probably only offered 2 dollars" which then his fellow d riders, I mean co workers laughed. Y'all suck. Get burnt

This shop is my new goto, they got tons of great deals and always lowing the prices. And it always busy when I go in so you know the deals are good... and when I need some cash they got my back too... you guys and gal rock...
