The star I did give is for the lady in the print shop who works here she is amazing and I’ve never had any issues the past seven months I’ve been coming here. But the negative stars are all for Kyle. Instead of coming over to address me at the pick up counter he yells at me from the middle of the store to come to him. He was so far away that I thought he was talking to another person until he decided to raise his voice at me. He had the nerve to tell me I was at the wrong spot to pick up my order after I got an email saying that it was already ready at 10 AM this morning but whatever I’ll brush off him raising his voice at me to start with and then ignoring me when I asked questions so I can pick up my order, however, he then just proceeds to lay all of my papers (mind you there were 60 of them and 30 of them were trifolds) on the counter in front of me and said here you go. Again this order was supposedly packaged and ready this morning at 10 AM but it was not even in a box. When I asked for a box he set it on the counter on the side of his computer and didn’t even bother putting the documents inside. I was messaging my boss on my phone and then he slid something forward in front of his computer which bumped into the stack of papers knocking them on the floor. I wasn’t even near the counter, He didn’t even acknowledge that he knocked over my entire order nor did he apologize nor did he offer to help me pick it up he just ignored it! When I told him that he knocked over my order he just said “oh you can put them in the box then” and I had to pick up the order he knocked on the floor. When I stood up he just told me that I could put it in the box again as if I didn’t hear him the first time…are you serious right now? And then when I asked for a clip to put all the papers together so that he could not knock them on the floor again he said oh do you want paper clip? Are you serious? My stack of documents was over an inch thick. It’s like he threw all of his common sense and customer service out of the damn window!

The store itself offers all the features that make FedEx a convenient place to get your business taken care of. During my numerous visits to this location in Colorado Springs, the staff has always been friendly and professional. However, the FedEx website and its user interface need some improvement, but that's a topic for a different review.*If you need to ship, print, or copy anything, I highly recommend using this location.

We came in looking to get our business papers printed. We usually go to the south FedEx as weekly customers, but decided to come here while doing other errands. We were ignored and not helped, after 10min we left. We just needed a simple printing code which can take two minutes. They didn't acknowledge us standing there. I will not be coming back again!!

While using the app, I didn't see or failed to select the option to have the 400 page manual I needed to print printed double sided. Tori called me to correct this and didn't end up charging me for the incorrectly printed sheets. She also offered a better stock selection that saved me a significant amount of money. She just made that a great experience. The online service was handy, but seemed to miss (or I just didn't look or know to look for) some basic options she was easily able to sort out for me

I will never understand why these delivery drivers get paid so much when they can't even do their job they all this extra money for shipping and then they hold your purse or whatever you ordered hostage until they're good and ready to deliver it this company's going to end up getting food and one day hopefully FedEx will be no more and we'll actually get a Carrie who get the s*** about the customers they're trying to deliver to

To have spent time for nothing to have someone look up my account to tell me I’m not in the system and wasted my time when I call the 1800 number to be told yes you have an account. I have them my info correctly and verified with an account manager later to be told my info is correct. Wanted to do more business but I don’t know if it’s worth it dealing with incompetence.

Neither copier was able to read my flash drive and then went to the counter and was ignored for almost 5 minutes before anyone of the 4 people behind the desk asked if I needed help. No thank you no nothing. They could use some guest service training. Then they stopped my order that I was waiting for to run one that was from online.
