Terrible customer service. They just send you to a different location that can't do anything either. It's like they have no idea what any of their locations are actually capable of doing. They sent me to the location on 125 Troy which told me they couldn't help at all cause they don't even print labels. Why send me there without a label? I was sent to 6 different locations this morning and wasted 2 hours just to be told to go somewhere else. So a huge waste of time. Never trying to use fedex ever again. Please just be honest and say you can't ship meds. Or at least ask follow up questions so you can stop wasting customers time. Every fedex employee I talked to today at 6 different places all tried sending me somewhere else without even trying to understand or help. None of the locations could actually ship the meds. Stop wasting people's time, stop sending them to locations just to get them out of your store. And for sure don't send them to the place that can't even print labels when they don't have one.

Life is honestly hard enough without snotty employees making it harder for no reason. Brought my digital Colorado ID to pick up a package and they would not accept it. The male employee that my cashier deferred to was just rude. “We are a private company and can require…” I didn’t hear the rest as I was already walking to my car to get my physical ID. Unnecessary. Won’t be back. If you can’t communicate effectively with your customers, don’t have a customer-facing job.

Kris threatened to call the police on me because I didn’t have a physical ID, I’m going to corporate with this, I recorded it and he got mad and said I’m banned from the premises, I’ll gladly give my information, that’s very disrespectful.
I said I can produce my Colorado approved app ID but he denied it I told him how sensitive these documents were for being sent on time and he denied my online Id. I even opened the fed ex folder to show him I’m just trying to send official documents and I didn’t think I needed my ID.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fed ex/ups type store. The two men who helped me went out of their way to put everything in order for my package. The line did get long with that kind of customer service but I’m sure each person got the same care when it was their turn.

Don’t bother to come here if you need even the simplest help printing. Iv come here 4 different times hoping I would maybe get improved assistance. No luck
