I’ve had Mimi twice in a row and she is the best! She does everything she can to make sure that she has the right information when something is lacking from the customer side. She always greets you with a smile of a long lost friend and is The exact kind of person you want to represent your business with Exceptional customer service! Approachable kind, and goes the extra mile!

Customer Service is horrible at this location. My 1st visit here to fax some documents, which I thought would have been a quick in & out process. Like the 1 near my house which is nearly half the size of this location. And, the location I usually visit faxes the documents for you due to all the equipment being behind their counter.
So, I come in, wait in line behind a guy needing to ship off some packages. Within 10 min of waiting, their system crashes. No problem, I asked the cashier is the fax machine up & running & could he fax my documents & I pay when the system gets back up. The cashier says "I don't know if the fax machines are working, just give me a min for the register to reboot back up". I'm like okay, but why can't you walk over the fax machine to see iff its working versus staring at the register reboot. I'm still unaware that us customers can fax our own documents. The posters hanging from the ceiling over the copy machines mention nothing about fax.
I waited another 10 min while the system is still rebooting. I ask the cashier again, how much longer because I need to get back to work. He says I don't know.
This whole time another guy is fumbling with all the computers & not once approached me. When the other guy finally acknowledges me, with an attitude he says, how many documents do you need to fax. I said 3. He rudely asked if I'm paying cash or card. I said it doesn't matter, I need to get back to work. He walks me over to the printers & pushes some buttons & says follow the screen to fax. I stated to him, why didn't he nor the cashier point me to the copiers 20 min ago, versus having me wait in line for 20+ min. He doesn't reply back & just walks off. My blood is boiling at this point due to them both wasting my time, instead of guiding me in the right direction when I 1st asked the cashier. I've been in customer service for 25 years & I have never ignored a customer, nor have I given attitude when clearing I was not in the wrong. I'll never come back to this location.

I work with this location all the time for my job. My whole company uses this for all things printing from posters to business cards and everything in between and I just need to rave about the team here. We love Mimi but everyone we talk to is so helpful when we have issues, client changes, custom sizes. This team goes above and beyond for us and I really really appreciate it. Great location and great staff.

Never send printing jobs to FedEx they can never get them on or the correct time. Please try not to use their services...customer service is what they need to learn.

Jes and Thomas are both wonderful employees, and helped my husband and I when our home printer was not working. I was under a bit of stress, and they were able to help us with no problems and kept my anxiety down. Thank you both again and I would recommend this FedEx location to anyone.

This group worked really hard to make sure that my lack of planning didn’t mean I couldn’t get my project in time. They worked very hard to get my last minute job done on time for me and I’m extremely grateful to them and will exclusively use them for all future projects!!! Thank you FedEx Citadel real, you guys are the best!!!

Never thought I would review a FedEx office but this location is nice. The lady who helped me, (seemed like the manager) was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Clean and large location.

Buyer Beware ... don't print anything from the self serve printers here ... they're ripping folks off ... I printed two copies and the charge on the screen said 40 cents ... when i looked at my debit card receipt ... they charged me ten dollars for two pieces of paper ... that's highway robbery ... these folks are crooks ...Considering the source ... FEDEX ... I can't say I am surprised ... FEDEX will send your package on a 7 week vacation if they think they can save a nickle, regardless of the tracking info and the shipping promises made by the SELLER/SHIPPER.As a small business guy, I refuse to ship with FEDEX because they're unreliable. Now that I see they're ripping folks off at their print and ship centers ... I am done with them entirely.It's official ... I am FED UP with FedEx.

I spoke with Julian today at this location and he informed me that getting new passport was 400.00 or more, now either Julian is a liar, brand new making stuff up or Fedex doesnt even consider offering passport signups at this store for a fare, or perhaps they coach their employees to curb you anyway. Anyway... dont go here for passports cause, according to Julian.
