Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The clerk seemed to be upset from. The start and I can see why. The assistant manager was hiding in the back. The whole 10 min I waited to be helped and there were 4 other customers waiting as well. After she came up to help, she even seemed to be in a bad mood. I'd been sent to several locations to ship an item and one didn't know what the other was doing. But this lady (assistant manager) just wanted to pass the buck. I think I'll stick to UPS.

I came to this Office Depot because the staff at the other location were horrible. The lady who helped me get my files printed was an angel. Seriously she deserves a raise, thank you so much for your help. You are amazing

They closed way earlier than they're hours state. I am incredibly disappointed in this store. I needed to ship my items out today but their lack of professionalism had other plans. They must have closed at least 20 minutes early. Shame!

Ok so they state that curbside delivery is 30 minutes. Order a calculator yesterday and received a text it was ready about 30 minutes later. I drove ran an hour today to pick it up and what a disaster. They lie and they have zero concern about customer service. Called as instructed when I got to the store and was on hold over 20 minutes before anyone came to the phone. So I hung up and went in the store to pick up my package. Typical big box store hyperbole. They promise easy curbside service yet show no evidence of even trying to provide any level of custom er service. I hope they go out of business. No concern for anyones time or any level of service. Dr John Sherwood

OD is always a hit and miss thing, but my experience with this one is fairly good. For network cables to pen refills, to paper and an emergency need for a wired mouse, it was all there. The covid sensitivity has been high, and each time I entered the store, there was an associate to ask if I needed help or if there was something they could do. It has tended to be better than other stores in my experience. Plenty of parking, close to the 25; the prices are the usual that are a bit more expensive than what one can perhaps get on Amazon, but when something is needed post haste, this works well.

This is the worst Office Depot wants you to use self print out during Covid! To use a human to print the minimum charge is $2.50 minimum. What the f%%k is wrong with the world. Never will I ever go to Office Depot to print.

I rate Office Depot as a zero (the company). I placed an order on 3/14. Their web site says it was delivered but it never was. Tried calling customer service line to find out what delivery company was used, what time pkg was delivered, and who signed for it. I waited 45 minutes on hold, and never got an answer. Tried a chat, and was disconnected from the chat with no reply after 30 minutes. Waited 2 weeks and tried calling twice again, but was disconnected after 15 seconds. Tried texting tonight only to get an auto reply that no one is available. Office depot doesn't care about providing service to customers. I'll never shop at Office Depot again
