Pick up drivers are extremely rude. Had a scheduled pick up that was supposed to be there between 1-7 that needed 5 more minutes to seal the box and the drivers decided it was in their better interest to give us a hard time about it instead of just waiting 5 mins. Great job Jennifer ?? keep up the “great” work.

Directions should state there is no sign outside of the building that Reda "Fedex". Federal is located inside the Walgreens building behind the Photo counter.
