I dropped off 3 boxes with computer equipment (with prepaid shipping labels) to be sent back to my company. FedEx sent one of the boxes back to me. I called immediately upon receipt to ask what happened. I was told they'd research and get back to me. That was weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. Meanwhile I still have all this equipment that I shouldn't have and no clue how to rectify the situation.

Useless staff offered no help. Going to drive 10 mins north now to see if anyone at that location wants to work today.

The employee had to close early because she didn't have enough help for a day, but I arrived just as she was hanging the sign on the door. Instead of pushing me away she went ahead and did my transaction. I was so happy I didn't have to come back the next day! Thank you!!!

Beware this location charges triple the amount of the Fedex website. I called and asked questions prior to going to store wanting to see if I came in would they be able to look at a file and make sure it would not be cut off. I was told sure no problem. Told them I knew I could do it online but wanted to be able to double check. Not once did they tell me we charge more in store. If they do they do thats fine but you would think someone would say something. Nope!! Not til I was checking out and I said I called and the agent told me "well I don't know what questions you asked" as if its my fault that the website nor their store front mentions anything about different fees. Such a rip off and waste of time. Went home and ordered online elsewhere for way cheaper.

Not willing to help with FedEx services. Don't waste your time, they'll just send you to another FedEx place.

You shouldn't advertise shipping services if it has to already have a label. Label it as a drop location . You wasted my time with your stupid, erroneous labeling.
