Extremely rude owner or whoever she was. She looked down on me like I was below her, and all the sizes there are for very petite women. I have curves and I’m not an extra small.

This store was excellent, the customer service was on point! The sales rep even played with our baby while we tried on dresses. Everything is reasonably priced as well! Right down the way in the mall there is a dress store called Sylvias. Please go here instead of going there for dresses. We are trying to save everyone we can from the hellish customer service experience we had at Sylvia's.

I had a wonderful experience here. All the other places I had gone while prom dress shopping were rude and barely helped me, but the employee working the day I came in here was so kind and helpful. It was so meaningful because I have never bought a dress like that before, I had no experience and I’m a rather quiet person so I had no idea where to start. Since I was shopping alone, she helped me with the dresses and was really so nice. There is a big selection of dresses too, they all seemed of decent quality and reasonably priced. But the reason it was above and beyond is because of the employees. I was so thankful for the help.

Was told I could not try on dress because it was size small (I’m usually small/medium) and then said I could not try it on cause I would break but would not help me find a dress. Very bad customer service.

They don't do exchanges even though on the sign they have in the back it says no refunds just exchanges. The shoes I bought didn't even fit right they felt super cheap, my feet could literally slip through the shoe. That's how bad they were made, bad quality.

Horrible service to where I would give it zero stars but i can't so i'll give it one. First of all, the women fat shamed my friend. My friend is no where near plus size but the women kept insisting that she was. Second of all, my friend wears a L and the women brought her a 3x L dress saying that the large wasn't her size when it clearly was. Finally, the dresses aren't even worth the price nor the humiliation they put you through.

I found beautiful dresses for myself and friends at great prices for my school's homecoming. The workers were kind and very helpful in assisting me with a choice between two dresses that I liked.Edit: I came back to help one of my amazing friends from AF JrROTC find a dress for our Military Ball and she looked like a Disney Princess. She was absolutely stunning and we (about 4 of us) chipped in some money to pay for the $180 dress (seemingly cheap for the amazing dress we got, but I'm not complaining) and she was so happy she started crying.

These people were so kind and helpful, I had a week find and alter a dress for an army ball and they made sure everything fit perfect and was the right size and length for me in a timely manner. I love my dress, it was so comfortable, beautiful, and has pockets!!! I'll definitely be back!

decent clothes for decent prices but rude employees. went in there with a friend so she could look at dresses and was told we couldnt try on clothes unless it was “for something special.” and “we had to buy it or we couldnt try it on”she was just browsing trying to find something but wasn’t ready to purchase anything.staff then proceeded to go bug other costumers who hadn’t even tried anything on yet, saying the same things.she was very persistent and wouldn’t leave us alone until we told her what we were there for.

Bo was extremely kind and patient with all of us girls in my sister's wedding party! She got us dresses, accessories and shoes for a reasonable price while being friendly the whole time❤ Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a dress and not wanting to spend a ton of money!

Went in to try on dress, but they wouldn't allow it due to Covid. We went early during the day and were the only ones in the shop,, practialy in the entire mall. Woman was rude and said we needed an appointment to try on dresses, but can never seem to get an appointment. Does not answer telephone and the dress shop next to them allows people to try on dresses with no problems.
