I recently transferred over to Farmers from Allstate for home, auto and life. My agent is Mari Chavez and she is hands down the best agent I have ever dealt with! She goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and explains things thoroughly and has answered all my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field! ????

I have been with the Hendrickson agency for years and called them seeking lower rates for my policies. They were helpful and patient. I chose their option specifically because I know they will always be helpful if I ever have issues with a claims process.

If it weren’t for Julie Hite, I would no longer be a client of Farmers Insurance. I have not heard personally from Michael Hendrickson for 6+ years. It seems when a company gets too big, too fast, the less they want to represent the little people. Tracy Offutt.

They served me very well for several years, when it was Julie doing it all. They seem to have gone off the rails in the last year or two. I assume Julie is gone. Worse than just negligence, they promised to act, causing me to count on it instead of working on an alternate solution, then they just blew me off. I ended up very exposed with no insurance at all. Very disappointing. They get two stars for good *past* performance. Ironically, I was warned this was likely by another customer. Now you have been too.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was transferred to this agent with little notice when my agent left Farmer's Insurance. (Their non-compete policy doesn't allow my original agent to inform me of the change.) I tried calling and emailing this new agent, Michael Hendrickson, and never was able to get in touch with anyone. I had no information on my policy available to me online for some reason and when I canceled my policy via email request to Farmer's themselves I thought I was all paid up. MONTHS later I now have a collections letter for a bill I didn't even know I should expect. All this confusion and lack of customer care COST me money.

I rarely write reviews but Michael Hendrickson's agency has been such a frustration to work with. Short story is I called when my monthly bill went over $1000 about 18 months ago and was told 'its hail and fires'. It recently went over $1100 and when I called was told they would look at it and they never got back to me. When did I get a call? When I decide to switch agents and they got the notice. After switching and reviewing we discovered I have wasted thousands of dollars with the agency. When I talked to Michael his repeated statement to me was "you are calling to complain". He did acknowledge the person from 18 months ago was let go. But frankly the office is so out of control that i called leaving my name and number and 10 minutes later the call came in on a completely different number so apparently things are dropped between the receptionist and him.

Have paid many thousands of dollars to this place and never filed a claim. Been a client for 20 years starting with previous agent, who was great, but all good things never last. When I asked about changing or adding a policy they quote ridiculous prices that were beaten by more than half spending 10 min on a competing company website. Farmers is a joke anyway, check out the BBB reviews. A robot on a website has better customer service than speaking with an actual human at this place.

Micheal chooses not to return phone calls or emails to resolve a dispute allowing his office to place your file with an attorneys office for no fault of your own. Wouldn't recommend.
