Famous Footwear canceled my shoe ordered due to insufficient inventory. I was supposed to get a refund. Upon checking what the holdup is on the refund, I found out that refunds are not given back to the debit card used. I will get a check instead. Unfortunately the refund check was apparently sent or issued to the store and not too me. Really??? Customer service explained it will be 3-4 weeks before a will get a refund check because a new one cannot be issued until the store sends the original refund check back to customer service. This is NOT OK. Very bad and unacceptable customer service to give the customer the run around and with weeks of wait time because of their inability to work refunds sufficiently is not ok. And giving me a 15% off coupon for the inconvenience that is only good for 3 days is a joke. This case should be expedited.

People are always stealing from this place, they come in all fast take a bunch of stuff off the shelf and jump in their cars. It’s kind of nuts to see but it’s happened the last few times I’ve gone, I’d say probably not a safe place to shop tbh

Everyone that works here is on point. I’ve been in FOUR separate times to return/exchange a pair of shoes and not once did they give me a hard time, if anything on one of the returns I actually made money back and shocked they didn’t make me use it as a store credit. Love this location and the employees here.

The person who was working today was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. They were basically on there phone the whole time and complained that I was interrupting them when I asked if they could ring me up.

I regently purchased shoes for my son. Although pleased with the whole process the shoe sizes were now a bit smaller than we originally thought. I quickly dashed to famous footwear right before they were closing to do a refund on the pairs since they were not sold in store. The ladies working that night were absolutely professional, quick, and friendly. They made the whole process easy and fast.

I bought a pair of shoes at this store four years ago. I went in again on August 29 to see if I could find the same pair of shoes. I couldn't. On the way out I asked the Associate behind the counter if it was possible to order the shoes. I didn't get her name but her Associate number is 281652. She searched inventory on the internet for the shoes, found them, and the shoes showed up at my door this morning, September 1. I greatly appreciate it Associate 281652.

would give zero stars if I could, the associates try to get you for your money. came to return a pair of shoes for 75$ was only give me 48$ back due to bogo on 2 other pairs. so store associate #281652 made me come back to return ALL shoes back so I can get my 75$ was still only given 48$ back bc the shoes "don't go for bogo" please make it make sense. this was my first time here. NEVER AGAIN

We like sketcher shoes and they had a wide variety of them. I also like Dockers but they didn't have my style. The staff were very helpful and gave me a website to help find the shoes that I was looking for. We will shop here again for our shoe needs. Thanks.
