Nothing shy of exceptional. I can go on but you've got visit and see the great qualities of people and products. Just got a GoPro drone with all the accessories plus more for a great price and also a Lenovo Yoga (Fairly New) for pennies considering what's it worth. Great thanks to Hannah, Kiki and Nicky for the exceptional professionalism and wonderful experience.

Me and my wife stop in 8/17/20 to pawn some tools and jewelry. Big mistake that was one of the worst pawn shop in Colorado springs racist,poor management and poor customer service and very rude employee. We been doing business with Ezpawn on academy for 5 years good people there. The Ezpawn on Fillmore They were trying to low ball me and wouldn't even give me what they gave me before on my tools. We just moved up north of Springs and was trying to get a loanon my tools that they gave me before here. We were told to go elsewhere. Management very racist do not go here.

Very pleasant experience! No trying to low ball me, gave me exactly what i asked for and very friendly! Kiki took care of me, she was a sweetheart and even gave me a good laugh to top it all off. Would definitely recommend ?

Honestly, the only reason I find myself going to this establishment is based off of the 40+ year friendship my father had with the previous manager and every time I go in I am greeted by the dark haired latina lady with a snotty attitude and utterly disrespectful with the pricing she has left me leaving the location feeling as if she had kicked me in my groin and this instance was surprisingly no different. I felt like she was profiling me telling me my 14k earning with one done missing was a whole 3 dollars and she was unable to help me because it was under 5? I'm goo d on this place. Hopefully she just has it out for me and didn't treat everyone like this because I couldn't imagine the business going anywhere positive if she tested her clientele this terribly.

There was a Hispanic lady with very short hair that works there that was very rude. It happened 12-17-22. Totally lost respect for the place. Other ladies were awesome. The guy in the back white male, was also very rude calling our item ugly. ( sorry don't know the names) but very upset with service today!!

Did think highly of this store prior to the holidays, these people will put in their system what ever price they want to pocket a few bucks off the customer at the end of the day, sadly I trusted them only to look at a receipt weeks later to realize they had shafted me on a layaway I had done for a friend that works long hours

I dont always have much to say about pawn shops however miss kiki at your store was absolutely amazing she went up and beyond to get us the best deal she is one of the best employees you have employeed at your Fillmore store she is great with customers and always goes all in for your customers. If I could give this review more stars I would because she is the best.. this 5 starts goes all to kiki y'all make sure to go in and see her now she's the only person I'll deal with from here on out.
