I cancelled my subscription last month several days before my payment was due, within their guidelines and they charged me again for it after I Cancelled and now again this month they're charging me again. As soon as they seen my review they contacted me after a phone call and refunded my money. My advice, watch your bank acct so the same doesn't happen. They were quick to refund my money.

Wash left soap and dirt on the back of my hatchback, probably ok for normal cars, but it's kinda overpriced if you don't do the monthly. They did allow me to go through 2x because I complained, but it didn't fix anything.

SCRATCHES EVERYWHERE My clear coat is ruined and they couldn't care less. Of course they have all of the legal disclaimers to let them off of the hook. They went through the charade of doing an "investigation" and claimed they couldn't see the scratches on their security cameras. What a joke. If you value the paint on your car, do not use these folks.

Had membership 2 vehicles.. my car ? n shop due to car accident. Express car wash would let me clean rental vehicle offered ID.. policy only follows vehicles license plate .. Cx membership as going to take 3 weeks to get parts for my car with weather rental vehicle very dirty. Very disappointing.. ?????

I asked the person at the pay station to please provide me with a simple favor with the spray wand. she sent the request to the person with the gun. That person did not understand or didn't care. because nothing different happened. I went through again and the lady at the pay station forwarded my request again. There were no cars behind me. I stepped out of my car to explain what I needed to the lady with the wand because she was still not doing anything differently. I just needed 10 seconds literally! suddenly this short jerk from the pay station came running over. she (I think it was a she) began speaking over me and rudely repeating herself. I had to keep starting over so I could get back into my car. With the little idiot screaming, the woman with the gun said she heard me the first time. Evidently not or else she doesn't understand English. This is the first time in my life I actually told a business person to SHUT UP! I felt like I had no choice and it didn't work so I left and I'm not going back.

As others have mentioned, when they are open they're actually quite good. However I've come by way too many times in the past month before closing time where they were closed. No notice anywhere or explanation why. Employees for the most part are pretty friendly there. What really annoyed me though was when I cancelled my membership, you can only do it by sending them a message online and hope they do it in time. Also, the cancellation is effective immediately and if you have days left in your last month of membership, they're essentially x-ed out....so they're cancellation policy and process seriously needs to be revamped.

Simple, quick, cleans my car and they give a dashboard cleaner. The vacuums are strong and able to pick up lots.of little things. It is also not costly
