I had an issue with a texas facility. @ phelbotomy technique of a tech. I then found out my doctor who ordered the scan doesn't think they did the correct scan. (radiology report is incomplete). I'm now being stonewalled. I talked to a safety/quality guy and asked for his email address and/or fax number so I could forward an email I got from my doctor's office and he quickly changed the subject. i also think they doubled charged me. the itemized receipt i got from corporate billing is exactly half the $$ amount of what i paid at the center (i have receipts from both)

Would not recommend. I need their tax id/EIN to submit to my insurance and they won't provide it. They said it's against their policy.

Surreptitiously overcharged.

Since you're the ones sending the bills and refusing to send the itemized bill to me, here you go too.I had this experience before and once again, I'm having it. I paid over $700 according to their own records when I call about my bill, but my bill shows I only paid $104.65. Nowhere near what I actually paid. I've asked for an itemized bill, they told me they would send one, I have it on my own recorded line, but they haven't done so weeks after the request. They owe me money back on it but refuse to pay, and they refuse to show me the itemized bill because it will absolutely show they owe me. I have bank statements showing my payments, can quite easily prove them unless they want to tell me they didn't actually receive them so I can tell my bank it was fraudulent. But nope, they've strung me along while holding my money hostage. I've had it, I'm going to spread this wide and loud.

Best experience having a MRI yet. Victor the Radiologist Technician was very accomodating and patient. Made this very uncomfortable procedure actually end up amazing.

Had a brain MRI at Lowry location in 2017. Had another in June 2021, same location. Specifically came BACK to same imaging center to get the radiologist's comparison of the two scans,Instead got a read for EACH scan, but no comparison at all. There IS a difference! What a waste of my and my neurologist's time.

Had a brain MRI imaging location in Lowry in 2017. Had another in June 2021 at same location. Envision Radiology read the 2021 scan, and I provided the disk for the 2017 scan so a comparison could be made. Instead got a read for EACH scan, but no comparison at all. There IS a difference! What a waste of my and my neurologist's time.

I visited the Thornton location for imaging last week. I was told to arrive fifteen minutes early for my appointment and to call from the parking lot to check in because of the covid situation. I arrived and called only to be placed on “a brief hold” for ten and a half minutes before I hung up assuming they forgot I was on hold. I immediately called back and explained that I didn’t want to be put on hold again because I was checking in for my appointment in five minutes and had already been placed on hold for over ten minutes. They told me they were very short staffed and very busy and that I had to be placed on a brief hold again. Two and a half minutes of hold time later, I was permitted to enter the building. I found one patient waiting in the lobby, one patient checking out at the desk, and five women sitting behind the desk “working.” The phone rang once more and that poor patient was placed on hold for who knows how long. This is not what I would call understaffed and very busy. I too work as a medical receptionist and I would be fired if I treated patients this way. That being said, the radiology technician was efficient and kind. I will not return to this location as I don’t appreciate being on hold for longer than the amount of time my imaging actually took.

Best experience we have ever had with an imaging center. My husband and I both needed some imagining so we went in for an MRI, CT and Mammogram. The staff was excellent from start to finish. I will request all our future imaging needs at Frisco Envision.

The Cleburne location is very organized and efficient. Thanks for a great visit even though this is a place no one likes to be. Thank for making me feel a bit more relaxed.

I had two major problems with your facility. When I called to schedule the MRI (responding to a voice mail that they had gotten the referral), I was offered an appointment a whole week away! I was shocked that I was expected to wait that long to get the MRI. I explained that I was in a tremendous amount of pain and could not wait that long to get the MRI. I begged for an earlier appointment and was reluctantly offered one 6 days away. Seriously that was the best you all could do?? I kept pleading for an earlier appointment and was told the only way to get an earlier one was to get the doctor to change the order to a “stat”’ MRI and besides it usually takes 3-5 days for the insurance to pre-approve the MRI so they weren’t willing to offer me an earlier appointment. I did try to get the doctor to amend the order to STAT and he was not willing to change it (he had not seen me for a week and did not realize how bad things had gotten for me) but did say they were going to call your office to request I be given an earlier appointment and I had requested that I be put on a cancellation list. A day or two later, I called my insurance and discovered my plan DOES NOT REQUIRE PRE-APPROVAL FOR AN MRI. I immediately called the front desk and told them this (which they did not know so obviously they had not bothered to contact my insurance and done nothing to expedite my appointment). Upon hearing this, I was asked if I wanted to get the MRI that same day and offered two available appointment times. So....there WERE earlier appointment times available and you all did nothing to help me ‘qualify’ for that. Your staff should not be making blanket statements about insurance that proved to be false and instead should have reached out to my insurance the minute they got the referral. I cannot tell you how frustrating that experience was for someone begging for help. I was also dissatisfied with the MRI experience. I was surprised that I was not offered any hearing protection such as head phones. When I mentioned that to the MRI tech (I have been given headphones for every other MRI I have ever had) I was told that headphones were “old school”. I was given in-the-ear ear buds for music which were uncomfortable, did nothing to block the MRI sounds and I could barely hear any music so they were completely useless. Throughout the entire procedure I was concerned about the loud MRI sounds and what they might be doing to my hearing. IF you cannot offer head phones, you could have at least offered foam ear plugs—anything to protect peoples hearing! So overall my experience with your facility was extremely negative and not at all patient centered. There are many choices for MRIs in Colorado Springs and I will be going elsewhere the next time that I need one.
