Overall, Entertainmart is a scam of a place. I attempted to sell my Pokemon DS, in case, Pokemon Diamond. I had no scratches on it, nothing wrong with it. I also attempted to do the same with my Pokemon Ultra Sun, in case as well. Both of these are high value, Pokemon games. They are pricy, I expected perhaps half of current day stock value, maybe a little less. Diamond went for about $50, in case; Ultra Sun for about $35, in case. Mainly, the staff, were very violent with the cartridges. I thought they'd break them, the clerk did not know how to delicately remove them. They were absolutely brutal with it and didn't not care. Their attitude was also abysmal to start. The kicker? They offered me $8. Not $80, not 8 trade in for games, no. A measly $8. That is ludicrous lunacy. The biggest slam on this was I went in a mere few days later, wandering and browsing manga (which they price even the pre-owned ones at market value, no shocker there.*) and I found two pokemon games behind glass, not in a case, for $25 EACH. So, let's be generous and say, if the case was with them it'd only raise it to $30. That means... They were offering me $8 for something they'd resale (combined) for well over $50. (* Barnes and Nobles is across the street and yes, they upcharge you for an extra dollar or two for certain manga you could get across the street without the upcharge and without the creepy employees and disgusting bathrooms.) Do not, under any circumstances, even if you are desprate to get rid of movies, games, books, manga, comic books, or consoles, give them any of it. They scam you out of any amount of proper money you'd get from them. You could get more taking it to a sketchy pawn shop than here.

Screw this place they have went to shuts bad!!! Take in a hundred movies and they offer me only $3.00 I decide not to sell them so they box them up! I go back to car and count movies and missing 22 and some without cases!! I know they all had cases when I went in there!! So I go back in and ask where the rest of my movies are and the missing cases and manager gets an attitude that I counted them!! Needless to say they started pricing the ones they kept but acted like it was a mistake but said they don't take just the cases but when I went in there first time the girl said they needed cases! Anyways I will never go back in there and would advise others to not either they are ripping people off!!!

I mainly shop here for manga as it seems resellers eat up any retro games EntertainMART gets. Depends on the day but they sometimes have decent titles for the NES, SNES, GBA, and GameCube. The rest are mainly throwaway titles that nobody wants. In my opinion, the manga section is the best part of the store right now. They have everything Shonen, very niche titles, even 18+. I personally shop their used section and 95% of it is in very good condition. Almost can't even tell its used. Used manga sells anywhere from $2.99 - $14.99 depending on the title but prices are more than fair.

The new videos I get online have all been nothing but glitches. But your original older dvds work perfectly fine. I won't buy online again. Please don't close down!

Firstly, the staff is great! They're always helpful, friendly and truly go out of their way to help you. I really love how this place has kept all the former Media Play posters from 1991 on the upper wall. Unfortunately this place is just not in a desirable location which makes one feel unsafe in the parking lot. And the restrooms, such an awful, awful place, always worried about contamination from when was the last time meth was smoked in them.

This place is awesome. Tons of video game collectibles, toys, and other merchandise for cheap!! The people who work here seem nice, although when I walked in and asked, "How are you doing" to the person at the door they said "I'm ok" with no reply back and I awkwardly said "oh okay that's good" and walked away lol. 3 stars could have been 5 if this wasn't in my top 3 worst/dirtiest bathrooms in the springs

Make sure you Google The price of things before you purchase. Specifically what I experienced yesterday of switch games. Every single game I looked up had a used price (not to mention new) that was more expensive than Walmart Target and Amazon had them for new.Two different employees informed me that prices are set by corporate they're not allowed to price match. So we left went to Walmart and save $14 on two games that we're new instead of used.I used to love this place, it used to be super cheap, but I'm done.

It’s a neat store but the prices on the games are way over market value. I saw multiple games that were priced as if they were new or CIB when they were loose copies. Pokémon stadium 2 (priced at 199$) and .hack infection (priced at 349$) are just a couple examples of the overpriced games. I’m not going to be going back, there’s just no chance for getting a good deal.

Been a huge fan of this place ever since my first time in. The employees are very nice, and Highly intelligent when it comes to this business. They have various products that I've been looking for, for years. I finally found the things I needed and I'm so excited to use them. Thank you for the amazing experience!!!

Super cool store!! Four stars for the fact the disc golf selections is dwindling. Used to have multiple shelves full, now just one tiny end cap :(. Other than that store is dope, stop by and check it out!!!

Huge selection, it took us nearly 45 minutes to walk through each section. The prices for videogames/consoles aren't great though, which is why I've deducted a star. I highly recommend, if you're looking for classics(videogames), to visit a smaller establishment because they will gouge you here no doubt. But the prices for other things, like figures, books, manga, Funko, and movies, are pretty good and I would recommend coming here if your into collecting those kinds of things.

Love the store and the selection. Everyone USUALLY are amazing and sweet. Till Courtney tried to help us. If I could give her 0 stars for customer service I would. Being that I also work in customer service. She was short, very rude, throwing everyone’s dvds around, and all around not very thoughtful at all.

If you're a big n*** of Anime, Video Games, RGP, Card games, Music, Movies, or Books. This is seriously the best place. They have fair prices and a lot of fun random stuff. My boyfriend and I went there on a date once and used random letters to find fun CDs to buy and listen to together. Our daughter loves looking around at all the colorful stuff. A real nice environment. I enjoy every trip.
