We had a great experience during our trip to Colorado Springs. The vehicle was exactly what we needed and in perfect condition. The biggest plus to using Enterprise though was the amazing customer service. Thank you to Chad Leong and Sara Kast for their assistance checking in and out. Everything was quick and professional but also friendly. I'd like to also extend our appreciation to the team that brought the car up and had it waiting for us because we had a ton of luggage and ski gear. We're there frequently and will always use Enterprises' service.

Horrific! We are rented a minivan to drive from Colorado Springs to Denver. The morning we left for the airport, the back hatch would not shut. We could not shut the back of the vehicle! There was nothing inside or outside of the vehicle door to tie a rope to, to keep it shut. If we did not leave at that moment to go to the airport, we would have missed our international flight, costing us thousands and thousands of dollars. We had no choice but to leave with the back hatch not shutting. I, therefore, had to jam my fingers between the rear window and the door paneling to hold the door shut. My fingers were in excruciating pain as they were being pinched and bruised for nearly 2 hours! It took over 24 hours for the pain to stop… Three days later the tips of my fingers are still numb! It was a terrifying and horrific experience as we drove one hour and 45 minutes to the airport on the highway. Every single bump the door would bounce open, and I would have to push it down to hold it shut with all of my strength . Three days later, I am still extremely sore and bruised as my chest was jammed against the headrest of the third row, trying not to fall out of the car. My arms are very sore from holding the door down for nearly 2 hours! It was traumatic and terrifying! My kids were crying in the car, most of the trip! As I was also crying in fear and in pain! This was an extremely unsafe situation that we were forced into, trying not to lose thousands and thousands of dollars. The only compensation that has been given for this horrific and terrifying experience was Enterprise did not charge for this particular rental… The least they can do is ensure a better and more positive experience for the future with another rental…So far, terrible customer service!!! I’ve been told to contact Colorado Springs Airport. However, it’s impossible to contact them directly. I tried reaching out to them during the horrific ride for help and the email they gave us was not workable. The Denver airport basically said there was nothing they can do and we needed to contact Colorado Springs… After I insisted I was not going to Pay because of the horrific experience, and I was in tears, they decided to go ahead and compensate the rental for the terrible ride, for my terrible experience, and time that it took for me to have to hold down the door. Not good enough though! The entire ride I was trying to reach somebody at enterprise to help with the situation. The only person that spoke with us said that we would have to have the car towed, which would then make us late for our flight. We had zero choices, but to deal with the situation as it was. Enterprise needs to make this right! This is experience was dangerous, terrifying, and painful!

Amazing experience with Enterprise's customer service for the past 3 years. On average I rent a car about 6 to 8 times a year for various road trips I take with my family. These past 2 years I find myself gravitating towards Enterprise more and more, sometimes even when it's a more expensive option. Service is always so fast at this specific location even though it's an airport. I want to give a shout out specifically to Steven P.(I don't want to blast his last name), but this man's efficiency/professionalism restores my faith in customer service.While returning my car most recently after holiday travel, I had concerns I would be charged for a button on the steering wheel that was malfunctioning, most likely due to a previous renter dropping a sticky food substance on it, causing the button to not be able to "pop" back up. I didn't want to attempt cleaning it myself for fear of making it worst if I added any type of moisture(water or cleaning product). It was a cruise control button, and even though it ultimately worked through numerous attempts of trial and error, at the end of the day, I was more so concerned I'd be the one to blame for this problem and charged for it. When I dropped the car off, I told Steven the issue with no intention to "get something out of the situation", but with the tone that I just wanted to let Enterprise know it wasn't me. He then proceeded to apologize for the inconvenience of not having the cruise control fully functional during a long road trip, and without hesitation, started hitting the keyboard to comp me for a day of usage off of my total payment. This was an extremely gracious gesture because I was renting one of their premium SUV's and the discount he blessed me with, was significant.It was a great way to end 2023, and I will continue to do business with Enterprise, especially at this airport location. Thank you Steven P.!!!

Enterprise has been my go-to for several years and it did not disappoint in my trip to CO! Robert S. was amazing at getting us a car last minute when our TURO car canceled on us. He was very professional and welcoming! Thanks to him we had a wonderful trip and car! When dropping off the car, Nick K. helped us through an efficient process of dropping off the car and even made sure we had his card if we run into any problems with the receipt. Thank you Enterprise for always being reliable and efficient in your service!

Enterprise car rental has been my go to place for years. How they treated me prior to being 25 and took care of me has made me a loyal customer for years.I had to rent a van from this location and it was a great experience from the go. Upon arrival I had the privilege of being waited on by Robert Souders, super helpful and a very nice person who represents Enterprise and their companies very well. When returning the van, I was helped by Nick Kenyon who was also very nice and super helpful. I have to rent a van again coming up and look forward to doing so.Thank You to the Colorado Springs Airport Enterprise!

I visited the Colorado Springs Airport location and was immediately greeted by Robert S. I had never used Enterprise before, so I was really surprised by the outstanding customer service that I received. Upon returning the car, I encountered Jaylee K. Everyone made the rental process so streamlined and simple! Wish every rental car wxperience was like this. I will definitely be going with Enterprise again in the future if the service is like this every time!
