Fantastic customer service. They picked me up from the car repair place and ended up dropping me off when I returned the car. I really appreciated that since I was about to get an Uber. I forgot the names of the people that I interacted with and I’m so sorry for that! The first car I got stank of cigarettes (why do you disrespectful heathens smoke in cars that aren’t yours?) and they replaced it for me without hesitation. Thanks for everything, folks.

Came to Enterprise as that is where the insurance company was renting through. I got to the location later than I had expected as I was my flight home was delayed. My "reservation" was not ready and I had to wait for them to clean a car to rent to me. I was talked into getting insurance coverage which I am fine with but I called to cancel it as I was sick with COVID and was not driving and didn't want to come into their office with it. They refused to help in any way. I was then charged $400 on my card for my coverage even tho I was told I would not owe anything until I returned the car. When I called to find out why Andrew was not helpful in fixing the issue and told me it was just a hold on my car for the insurance as I was approved to have the car until 2/11. No one ever called to verify if I would even have it that long. I was then told that once I return the car "in the condition I got it in" that they would refund the amount to my card. It has yet to be applied back to my account. Nothing like like having money stolen from your account. BAD business practice and even worse customer service.

Everyone at this location was amazing! The location itself is terrible; it's at a very busy and inaccessible intersection, the shopping center's lots are full of giant pot holes, they share a small parking lot with a very rude property management group who rudely yelled at my husband for parking in one of their 17 open spaces for 2 of the 6 minutes it took me to turn in my car.

This enterprise location has no type of customer service skills. They treat their customers as if they are stupid when the employees are the ones who made the mistake. On Friday, the employees can’t even let someone know that they are closing at 1 when they had called at 12:30 to see if we were picking up the rental at that time, never said anything about closing. So today when trying to get our rental because they were closed yesterday (Sunday) the employee Jake was absolutely rude and sounded high on the phone. I asked for a manager to be able to rectify the situation because they were closed yesterday they still had the rental we were going to be driving and he said,”we aren’t talking Saturday, we are talking about Monday” very rudely. Even though we have had a rental reserved for a couple weeks. Now they want us to wait until 5pm tonight, 30 mins before they close for us to get a rental! Listen to all the other bad reviews on this location. Terrible customer service, terrible managers. I would never recommend using this location, they don’t know what they are doing even going up to the management. TERRIBLE. Find a different location if you want to be able to get a rental!

Please try not to rent here. Poor service and they steal money. I had an employee tell me that if I left a positive review then his coworker would get a bonus. This same employee left the rental car out in the hail (after I returned it before the curfew) and the company billed me $8,500.The damage dept had the audacity to ask me "where are they supposed to keep the vehicles?" Well, that's not a concern for your customers. To keep my review short, I will not be able to go into details of every interaction but I truly feel sorry for every one that has to deal with Enterprise. (The car had spilled food in it anyways so the cars aren't "COVID clean" like they claim)

The car given to me was dirty/smelly in the back seat. This was initially covered up by the arm rest and the cold temps. Once it warmed up the car began to smell. Also, it was a 2-wheel drive car in the Colorado winter. Not a good combination.
