ENT and all of the staff is so amazingly helpful. I have had personal loans and a car loan with them as well as all of my banking needs. They have always taken the best care of me. Highly recommend them!!

Been members for years and couldn't be happier with their services. We had our debit card number stolen and DJ Banks helped us figure this out. The best customer service you could ask for. He was so helpful and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend doing business with this young man. He is 5 star *****

This review isn't for this branch specifically. I used to be a very happy member with ENT and had my account for over 10 years. They financed my first car loan, they set me up with a credit building loan, they were more than accommodating and seemed to care about me as a member. It seems like they've lost their member-focused perspective, however, and know that they're the "big, bad" credit union of the region.Recently I had an issue where I was charged on a debit card that the vendor was supposed to update to a different account. They didn't, and when my ENT account had insufficient funds, ENT charged me $30. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal. I transferred funds from another account into my ENT account within a few hours of the charge occuring, to bring my account back into a positive balance, and then asked if they could refund the charge over an honest mistake. They informed me their policy had changed and they wouldn't refund me, and that I would have to ask the vendor. Of course, the vendor refused to refund me as well. So basically, ENT stole $30 from me because of a vendor's mistake, and neither party was willing to help me.Maybe $30 doesn't sound like a lot to some of you or ENT, but it was money I needed, so I asked to close my account the same day. I was asked why I was closing my account, and when I told them, there was no understanding response, no "I'm so sorry to hear that," nothing that implied they cared about my situation. There was no way I was going to risk the same thing happening again, especially with zero understanding or care to resolve it. ENT used to be great. They clearly don't care about their members now.

Now the corporate or higher ups have taken away the ability of any staff to assist even when you tell them in advanced you are in a rough situation. I even had a fee for a fee for a fee adding 120 dollars to my already bad situation. I’ve always heard the bank saying. We’re sorry you are in a rough situation but we’re going to go ahead and charge you for not being able to afford your bills and ent has taken the lead in this sector.I hate the fact that ent has gone this far Dow but the truth hurts.

Horrible credit union. They horde your money and put you on financial probation making you wait 2 days to get your payroll checks. They block direct deposits so you can wait even longer to get your money. And then they hang up on you when you try to get answers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Have had my debit card info stolen 4x. This last time, I never even used the card, so how did my information get stolen? Sounds to me like someone at ENT is misusing their access. I am closing our account. Can't trust ENT.

For some reason this branch is tough to get cash at. Back in December I had to meet with a manager to get $15k of my money. Went on Thursday 5-19 & couldn’t get $15k of my cash. Was told no. Had to go to a different branch & fill out paperwork. They wasted an hour of my day. I’ve banked at ENT for probably 25+ years. Loans are good, rates are good. I’ve had 2 mortgage loans, truck loan, boat loan, & have a HELOC.If their loans weren’t so good I would close my accounts. I know for a fact banks (just down the road) can easily give me this sum of money without notice.Absolutely do not recommend for regular banking.

Website says they have services that they do not. People are meh and the credit union is overall a VERY poor company to work with. Their business practices are bad and their customer service is non existent. AVOID AS BEST YOU CAN!!

Went to the drive thru ATM at the constitution service center and only had one car in front of me. But it took me over 15m to finish at the drive up since the one working teller appeared to be doing both drive up and inside. I sat there in my car with a heavy wind with cash and my deposit slip ready for retraction and nobody to do it. I pressed the talk to a teller and another woman came over and said they would take care of my transaction in minute and walked off. She should have said someone is taking care of your transaction now. I had already been waiting 10 minutes. Yet another person finished my transaction and gave me a receipt for it. I am not sure what the second and third person were doing for over 10m while I waited and the next people behind me but it was not a pleasant experience for me at Ent. I will make a point of not going to that service center again. You may say 15m is not a long time but my three young grandchildren were waiting with their mom to be picked up at the grocery store. Two infants crying is not a good situation for anyone. Any way I am not impressed with the service or people at that service center.

Bad communication and bad customer service! Can't keep appointments and constantly try to lie to you! Save yourself the troubles I've had and don't go here!
