My wife and I were recommended by a friend to check out ER, and we immediately fell in love with the atmosphere, the crew, and the dedication to our hobby. They put in incredible and geniune efforts to make us feel welcomed and comfortable to bring our young daughter with us to hang out and sort or play, and she loves it there as well. I cannot recommend Enchanted Realms enough. It has immediately become one of my favorite places to visit, spend money, and hang out to play MTG.

Very unpleasant experience. Visited on a whim while in the area, I live 150 miles away. When I first entered, owner/manager interrogated me about what I wanted, seemed exasperated when I expressed interest in simply looking around. Everything is in disarray and hard to make sense of products, so as I was trying to look, same owner/manager angrily demanded to know what I was looking for. After telling him some things I was after, he rudely informed me he wouldn't be selling me those cards because "there's 1400 commander players" in the local market (even though I do not live in nor play in the area). Politely thanked him and tried to leave, same owner/manager kept needling me about it until I left. Came intending to spend some serious money on a rare city visit; left empty handed with a really bitter taste. Worst card shop experience I've had in 30 years of playing card games. Go see the great and friendly folks at the Iron Lion instead!EDIT: If I was a shop owner, I would be more worried about losing out on a potential sale of $200+ worth of product, rather than making sure others on the internet are aware I know how to interrogate people in 3 languages. I'd also be more concerned with selling people products rather than deciding for myself what those people put in their decks or not. The owner hides behind his status as minority and veteran and uses that to deflect from his poor behavior and attitude. The response he gave to this review should give you an idea of the kind of person he is and the shop he runs. Again, do yourself a favor and steer well clear.

From tcg to ttrpg, Enchanted Realms can fulfill all your gaming needs. This place has been extremely welcoming since the first day I started coming this past December. If you're an introvert like I am, and also being new to the Springs area, Ogre (the owner) will help you get into a game! They are super fair on pricing for trades and for their products. I go a couple times a week driving the 40 minutes to and from and always feel like I get the Olive Garden treatment (when you're here, you're family) The drive is definitely worth it and I always have a great time here. All the staff is amazing as well, they are always down to chat a little with you and there to answer any questions you may have! I've been to many gaming shops in the past but this one has topped them all in each of my categories and I look forward to seeing what more is instore from Enchanted Realms!!

Much like what the other reviewers are saying, the owner has no business being in customer service. To call him an ogre would be an insult to other ogres even though that's what he fashions himself as. I literally went in asking for a single card and then got proceeded to be read the riot act for all the reasons that I'm out of line for asking for a card. Then I got bullied and made fun of and it looked like he wanted to throw blows with me as well. I was also critiqued for looking through his cards too fast even though he didn't want to do it for me. The whole shop is a farce as it is currently being run by the owner. Again, nothing disrespectful to say about any of the players or other employees. I believe it to be likely that Ogre takes joy in beating his loved ones in his free time, but that's just my personal opinion. Literally take your business anywhere else!

I love the atmosphere of Enchanted Realms. This is a very inclusive community welcoming all levels of players. I am still relatively new to MTG but the store owners have always been very hospitable. They are open year around (even Christmas) and even provide FREE food on holidays for people who have no where else to go! There’s always a fun promotion going on. I can’t recommend this Veteran owned business more!

The shop owner went chest to chest with me when I had the gall to call him rude for insulting me and another player. Genuinely concerning. I wouldn't recommend interacting with the owner of this shop. I'm sure the players are fine, though.EDIT: Ha, it figures his nickname would be "Ogre". Attempting to physically intimidate your clientele is not a good look for you, "Ogre".

Staff is always awesome and super helpful, haven't experienced any gatekeeping like other stores of the sort. And I love that they are open late.

Been going to this place for a while and they really care about the community here. They are open very late and with my schedule there is not a lot I could ask for that's better than that!

Great owners, great community. What more could you ask for from a shop?
