Ogre and the staff here are all kind, and very fun to talk to. My partner and I have never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe around any of the folk who work this store, and we try to come in as frequently as we can to spend time with Ogre and the MTG/Lorcana players and community in the store. Your skill level, experience level, and interests are always welcome at Enchanted and I honestly feel at home in the shop. Having worked in an LGS previously, I know how difficult it can be, and I admire the hard work and friendliness we've found here.

Fantastic place! Great atmosphere, fantastic selection, great staff! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Me and my friends typically spend our Wednesday evenings here playing MTG Commander, and even though its a bit of a drive from where I live, it is most definitely worth the drive! If you haven't gone here yet, check them out!

As requested by the shop, here is my review.
Enchanted realms is an odd store. They cater solely to commander players which drives a lot of business (for magic specifically). Some people will call this store their home store for the rest of their life. Others will say it was the absolute worst experience they've ever had. There's really no middle ground. You either love it or hate it. This is generally solely due to the owner's personality. You rock with it, or you don't. I personally do not. The shop itself is nice enough, especially for commander, but again, the owner specifically leaves a bad taste in my mouth. One of my biggest icks is seeing any business reply to a negative review in an equally negative manner. My advice is if you are looking for a commander shop, stop by a few of the local shops to figure out what vibe you like best. Each shop has its own personality. Again, you'll either swear by or swear off Enchanted Realms.

I have been spending time there ( in it's various locations) for many years and I have always felt welcomed. The staff ( Ogre in particular) have done their best to make me feel invited and like they were happy to have me. Please keep doing what you are doing, as you have created my favorite place to play commander outside of my own home.

My only complaint about Enchanted Realms is that I wasn't made aware of it 14 years ago, when I first started frequenting the Colorado Springs LGS scene.
I've been to most of the other locations over the last decade and change, and while a couple have been sub-par, most have ranged from decent to good. I've come to shop and played events - but only Enchanted has made me want to come back over and over again for the sole purpose of hanging out, finding casual games, and just enjoying my time.
The owner and staff are knowledgeable and fun to be around, and they interact with their patrons both behind the counter and on the floor. They're also incredibly inviting to patrons of all walks, regardless of background or lifestyle, and they actively encourage patrons to meet new people via pick-up games and events.
The owner, Ogre, can be a bit intense when you first meet him. Stay a minute, though, and you'll find he's quick with a laugh and always keeping an eye out for everybody. He's the first to crack a joke and the first to laugh at yours, but he's also the first to shut it down if things get taken too far. I've never felt anything but welcome here, and I intend to keep coming back as long as I live in the Springs - and to find excuses to come back often if I leave.

Possibly the worst experience dealing with an owner. This review is for the general public. Not serious gamers. If you are looking to buy product go elsewhere. If you want to talk for 2 hours and spend $2.00 . Then this is the place for you.

Walked in expecting to buy a game or two for the house but ended up playing a game with my 5 year old daughter. I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, and Lenny, the owner, came up to introduce himself and tell me a bit about his business. I recently moved to the Springs and have been looking for a good board game room to play and try out new games and I think I found the spot. If you’re in the area, you should definitely check this place out.

Honestly I feel so welcome and warm at this store. Great staff, great environment, great prices. Only LGS in town that feels like a community. It's such a regular spot that if I have nothing to do on the weekends I am typically there! Also love premium banter with the owner ?

I decided to hit every game store in the area as I'm from a much smaller town that only has 2 LGS to choose from. I admit that at first I thought the place didn't have much but that quickly changed when I rounded past the first shelf of products. An amazing table first caught my eye with tons of oversized MTG cards embedded into it. As I gazed at it for a few moments at awe I then saw the massive collection this store had been hiding.
I was quickly greeted by the owner in a normal manner asking if I was interested in anything in particular. I responded with vintage Legends/Tempest/Antiquities MTG cards as I play old commanders. Now, the stores I went to before this didn't have much so I wasn't expecting anything big but that was not the story here. They have moved locations recently and are still organizing their stock to fit their new space, so they couldn't find the card I was looking for right away, but they certainly deserve some grace as their stock is incredible. They still provided me hundreds of cards to look through at a table. I thought this was an amazing experience already, but to top it all off they offered me a bottle of water or soda while I was looking at cards for free. As me and my wife perused through the stock, the owner continued to interact with us and other customers- some new and some clearly regulars, and it is obvious this man has a passion for what he does, and he is truly committed to providing a top notch experience to everyone who comes into the store.
Another lasting impression we had was hearing the owner chat with a customer who had just purchased his first pre-con deck, and was also a first time player looking to upgrade the pre-con he hadn't played yet, and the owner advised them that while they are certainly welcome to purchase any cards they'd like--if they don't have a specific list of things they are wanting, they could end up spending a ton of money on cards they can't or won't use. This gives me the impression the owner cares much more that people are having fun and enjoying the cards they have over his own profit margins.
Of the 10 stores in the area we visited, this store is by far the best, and I will gladly return any time we are in town to visit.

Not only is this store immaculate, but the staff, especially the owner, are amazing, kind, funny, helpful and generous. I highly recommend this store! You won’t regret it!
