Hit & miss deals on items I like to own or flip. Many of their items are priced too high for my taste. But I don't shop here for anything but a fantastic deal. That perspective has worked for well for me. When this location has product I find valuable, priced at my bottom dollar, I snag it.
Sidenote: Check their return policy before committing to your purchase. I've learned this the hard way. I should have paid closer attention to their return policies. I was trying to make a return for something I bought at the Austin Bluffs location but took it to a different location. The other store directed me back to where I bought the item. They would not make my return. So I had to swing back by the store where I bought the item to make the return.

I hate this goodwill. It’s well organized and they have good product but their customer service is lacking, no one there smiles, and there always seems to be at least one homeless man out front. I always feel on edge and unsafe here.

The fitting rooms are closed permanently. If I cannot try it on, then I'm not buying it. I've come here for jeans for over 10 years now. But you can't really try those on in the middle of the store. I dont care if there's a 7 day return policy. That is a huge hassle. I'll take my business to the arc or even the mall, if it means that they can afford the shrink associated with fitting rooms.

This electric violin is so damaged that I doubt it's worth $5, let alone $150.
I appreciate the mission that Goodwill has, but these are DONATED items. People who shop at thrift stores are looking for affordable items. I can't see this as anything other than taking advantage of the community you're supposed to be serving. Goodwills like this one are pricing low-income families out of thrifting for good deals. There is NO reason for a thrift store to do a markup of 267% on a DONATED piece of clothing. Shameful.
There are somewhat affordably priced items available, as well, and that is the only reason I'm offering two stars instead of one. It should be noted, however, that they are often ripped, stained, worn out, damaged... and that damage is generally not reflected in the pricing, so be careful to examine everything you want to buy closely. You really have to look to find something affordable, well made, and in good shape.

Let's expose goodwill for what it really Is a scam! They will pull the sales tag from the floor including the 30% not just the 50% your selling things that were donated for a profit did I mention the owner of goodwill is a millionaire!, the manager here is mean and doesn't cars about her employees everyone is just fake! I'll never shop at goodwill it's nothing but a scam

I thought Goodwill’s goal was to help people and be all inclusive for people with disabilities. Went in to shop today and found 2 pairs of pants I needed to try on because of sensory/spectrum issues, not about looks but feel. This goodwill doesn’t allow people to try on no matter the reason. Definitely not accommodating.

Good selection but their prices are way too high for used items. They make excuses for the high prices but other large thrift stores like ARC are still selling the same stuff for cheaper. You can buy the same brand new items at Walmart or Target for the same prices.

They shouldn't call it goodwill when they employ you. This place sucks!!!! I would give no stars if it were an option.

This place has permanently closed their fitting room. I will never buy anything that I did not try on. Not local, can't just return things.

Prices here are a tad high. But my biggest concern is having to ask for a key to use the restroom, then after they let you IN the restroom, the ONLY stall to do #2 is out of order, with NO heads up, ew. Where do your employees go potty?
