They bashed military spouses within the first hour of arriving. They were unprofessional. They came under prepared. They told me my work life and job was irrelevant because I was moving anyway. They ignored the calls from the military department reaching out to them. They didn’t even complete the job of packing like they said to pick up the next day. They have poor time management skills. It took one guy a whole day (5 hrs) just to box a kitchen. Even though it was an apartment size kitchen. Mostly clothes and toys to pack. They said they could pack and pick in a day and only sent three guys to do the job. They were rude from the git because they thought it was going to be an easy grab n go job. Which I already had everything in bags and in piles they just had to wrap glass n put in a box. No big furniture was going because we are moving to Germany and most my furniture is too big for the spaces over there. They left early n arrived late. They ran out of material. They only brought a uhaul pick up truck and small trailer. This job def could have been completed in a full days work if wanted to. They had attitudes all day. They left all their trash n materials in my house. If I could give a -5 stars I would or 0 stars. WORSE MOVING COMPANY AND WORK ETHICS I HAVE EVER SEEN.

This company verbally disrespected the military community and their families. They had the mindset they weren’t going to have time to pack the house in one day and took several excessive break to make sure that was the case. They arrived 30 minutes late and left an hour early. They told me my job and time was irrelevant to them because I was moving soon anyway. They did not work with haste or purpose to get what they could done (lolly gagged around when they could). Inconsiderate with smoke breaks. Everything was already sorted folded in bags and ready for boxes, the easiest packing job they could have gotten. No big items were going minus a motorcycle and dirt bike. This was the most disrespectful move I have ever experienced in the military. Would not recommend them to anyone in the Colorado Springs area. 0 Stars if it allowed.
