Got there at 5:40, they don't close until 7. Only wanted dip powder and my eyebrows done. They refused to take me, what's also funny is that they had all white women in there as customers which tolld me everything I needed to know.

I called to make an appointment for a fill and two broken nails. I got right in on Father's Day. I travel back and forth from California and this will be my shop whenever I'm in the Springs. The owner makes this great homemade sugar scrub that I had to buy for home. The salon is clean and well-maintained as it is essential to the owner to ensure our safety and well-being. They properly sterilize their tools, use disposable items when necessary, and maintain a tidy salon.

Best experience I've had in a long time at a salon. Saw me right away, everyone here was so nice. I felt so relaxed. They made sure I was comfortable and I usually don't like talking but I had such a great conversation with the people who worked here. It felt like how going to a salon should. My nails came out amazing and I left feeling better than when I came in. Dam is wonderful! I will be returning for my pedicure soon.

So, I’ll start with this first…
The staff is very friendly and willingly to get you in! (If they aren’t too busy) which is GREAT! But here’s the kicker, i am very annoying when it comes to my nails. My nails are who I am and they make me feel amazing but when they are done poorly and very messy… it ruins my WHOLE DAY.
I honestly read all the reviews and seen when I walked in how friendly and busy they were I thought yeah this has to be a good place.
She took my name and set me up at 4 to come back…
My pedicure was amazing. The bf enjoyed his pedicure as well!
Then came my nails and man, idk if she was having a bad day or just that exhausted or idk but, i definitely will not get my nails done there ever again. I hate saying that but, she left me with THICK dip and my cuticles covered in hardening and the list goes on..
Hopefully, that girl was just having an off day because she did great on my toes!
Don’t let my review stop you for trying them out! WHO knows maybe they will do best for you!

I went here to try somewhere new but this was a huge mistake. I got a pedicure and dip nail polish. The pedicure left me with ingrown nails and an infection on both of my big toes (I had no issues before). The dip polish lasted 3 days before all of the nails popped off. I will not be returning or recommending this nail salon.

Very happy with my experience here! I walked in on a whim, and am so glad I did! They were super friendly from the start, and there was no issue with being a walk in. The gentleman that did my deluxe pedicure did a great job, and I really enjoyed our conversation. The lady that did my eyebrow wax was also awesome. She was so nice, and I am very happy with the wax. The salon was super clean and welcoming, and the massage chairs were great. Will definitely be going back!

This place is wonderful. The entire staff is kind, friendly and it’s such a positive atmosphere. I always get my mani/pedi with Dam and he’s delightful. I’m so happy I found this place!

My girlfriend set up a pedicure for each of us at 2:00. They said they could do it. When we got there they started on my girlfriend. 45 min's later a lady comes around and said that she was ready to start on me. Since my girlfriend was about done I declined to start. My girlfriend and I do not get to see each other (living 91 miles apart); we were looking so forward to doing this together, but this place ruined the even that we had planned for our day together. Do NOT trust them when they tell you they can do you at a certain time!!

Fera and Jackie tag-teamed my nails and both did an excellent job! They're super sweet and had no problems doing the design I asked for. Will definitely be back!

DO NOT GO HERE! You'll regret it. I was so excited to try this place, everyone was friendly but the lady that did my nails cut my finger and didn't say sorry, she left nail polish on my skin and I had a lot of air bubbles on my nails. I told her that I had air bubbles and asked if I could get a discount and she told me to go back to the seat but she seemed upset about it. I asked her if she could take the paint off of my skin and she tried taking it off with a nail file, no one has ever done that. This was the worst experience ever
