Very challenging place to use to fill prescription - said it would be ready Sat and was not- came back Sun said it would be ready in 45 min- came back and it wasn’t. Got a call saying it was ready - it wasn’t. A family walked in for vaccines and I was told that’s why it wasn’t ready. So challenging - can’t trust their word - but have no other choice but to use them because it’s the only place plan covers- altho - in my experience Walgreens is no better

First Hannah left.
Now Roxy has left.
Why?
They are great Pharmacists.
They were the reason I transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens.
Please bring them back.

Best store in town! They’re so nice and helpful, and everything isn’t out of stock or behind glass like the other cvs near by. The gentleman working tonight was so kind and helpful!

My partner and I had appointments for vaccinations on 10/5. We arrived and found the pharmacy closed. They have an automated system that sent me a reminder about the appointments, but somehow cannot be used to keep me from making an extra trip for no reason? There is a sign out front saying flu and Covid vaccines are available on a walk in basis. This is not true! They most definitely do NOT take walk-ins, but somehow cannot be bothered to take down the sign. We came in on the 7th assuming that since we were skunked on our appointment on the 5th, even though we knew the "walk-ins welcome" sign was not true, we could get our shots because they did not honor that earlier appointment. We were turned away because they "cannot accommodate walk-ins", with no exception because they had screwed up our earlier appointments. We made appointments for today, 10/10/24. We arrived and had to wait for a half an hour. There was only one person in the pharmacy, and she was swamped! How can this be? She did a FABULOUS job of juggling customers, even though some of them were EXTREMELY angry because there would be wait times for their meds, because there was not enough people working in the pharmacy to keep things moving quickly. As a customer, understaffing during vaccination season is not acceptable! It is, in fact, not acceptable at any time! Working in the pharmacy is a high stress job, where mistakes could be catastrophic. When you refuse to have an adequate number of people working, it is all the more stressful for the poor people working there. This is GROSSLY unfair to your employees. Customers get really ugly when they have long waits or can't get their vaccine appointments honored. Your staff is on the front line, catching all that flack! The people that make the decisions to understaff do not have to deal with the fallout. The pharmacy employees take all the heat, even though the situation is not at all their fault. This is CVS being cheap!!!! They need to hire enough people to keep this from happening. And please take note that, even when people in line were being horrible to her, Marwa, the lone person manning the pharmacy the morning of 10/10, was kind, patient and doing her best. She is a gem. And she should not be treated this way! None of the CVS staff should be put in this position - they should not get their heads bitten off by irate customers, for a situaion they are powerless to fix. CVS needs enough people back there to keep things from getting so hectic. It is unfair to customers, some of which need their meds quickly. Pharmacy staff are professional people - highly educated and skilled. But it is apparent that CVS does not appreciate them.

I called multiple days in a row, leaving multiple messages because I am out of my prescription (my script was sent in before I ran out, I called before I ran out as well) when I was finally able to talk to a pharmacist she was beyond rude and when I asked her name she said Mary. I told her she was not very nice and her response was "well if you don't think I'm nice take your shit elsewhere" and hung up on me. I went into the pharmacy and was told I can not have the number to corporate because they can't give it out. I also found out the pharmacist lied about her name it was Eileen, so if she's going to lie about her name, I wonder what else she'll lie about. Now that I want to take my prescriptions elsewhere they will not send my stuff to the new pharmacy or return my calls.

They're closed at the most random times, and the worst part is this isnt communicated.

Went to pick up a pint of ice cream the fridge is LOCKED! You have to push a button for customer service and wait for no one to come by. Go to walgreens instead their fridge is open. Hope your store goes out of business

I've been coming to this CVS for 5 years and never once had an issue. My doctor sent in my prescription yesterday, the 17th. My wife saw it in the app, I received a txt saying they received it but it never was filled so I went in to speak to them and there's two new people and they told me it wasn't in the system and I asked how is that possible I saw it there yesterday on the app, you txt me where did it go. They literally told me they couldn't help me. I'm like what do you mean where did my script go n he said it again so I asked for a manager and some other new lady stands up walks to the window n says we can't help you it's not in the system so I pointed at my phone showing their txt and said it's right here you literally txt me and said you had it n they both said you have to go we can't help you. I called my doctor and they said they can see it was sent too so I went in to speak to a manager and there's wasn't one so I go to my doctor to see if they can help me figure it out and these two new people called my doctor and said they deleted it because I was mean. So they lied to my doctor it was already deleted before I even went there, which is why I went there to begin with, and now I had to find another pharmacy. These two new people are extremely unprofessional. Five years, no issues, then two new people come, and now I'm scrambling to find a place to get my medication. If I run out, I'm at risk of withdrawal and possibly a heart attack. These people literally put my life in danger. This is unacceptable behavior from supposed professionals. I'll be speaking to a manager eventually.

Brett helped my gf get her prescription filled yesterday. We were very stressed at first but Brett was very friendly and empathetic. Her prescription was able to be filled and came out cheaper than we expected! Thanks Brett :)

Hours say open until midnight. Not the case. Store should fix this so people don’t waste their time going here thinking it’s the only place open late when in need of something
