I went in with my corgi for just a nail clip, the staff was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. All said and done, I was in and out in maybe 5-8 minutes!

The staff are all super friendly. My dog is very anxious and even with that this place has never hurt her (accidents can happen when dogs squirm but these guys clearly have skills!), I never have a problem stopping by as a walk in. Happy we found this place!

Thank you Quinn for treating my Baisy so wonderful during her grooming today! She usually gets terrified at any groomer or vet. She came out happy! She looks beautiful. Been happy every time I bring her there.

We've been bringing our best friend, whose a schnoodle, here for a couple of years. He's a bit grumbly. They have all made him comfortable and happy while in their care.

Went here because our usual groomer was too backed up. My husband dropped them off before work and I picked them up after work, upon picking them up I specifically asked if my dogs had their leashes or anything with them and was told no. I am 6 months pregnant and struggled to get my dog who is afraid of the car, to and into the vehicle. I had to lift my 40 pound dog which is dangerous to do while pregnant! Come to find out, they had the harness’ all along! How, when I specifically ask if they had anything, are these employees gonna watch a pregnant women completely struggle to get 3 golden doodles into a car and not think maybe we should help her or double check if we have anything! I don’t get how that gets missed. I also had to pay in cash because their system was down so I had to stop at an ATM and pay $6 total to get that much money out. And couldn’t get their harness’ til the next day as I got them right before close. When I went all the way back to pick up the harness’ the employee simply laughed it off saying “I don’t get how that happens” and was not very sincere in her apology. I work in the service industry, I never complain, but this was just unprofessional! Especially when their cuts are mediocre at best- I spent almost $300 and will never be back! Don’t waste your time or money!

They did an awesome job with my tiny yorkie ! She was in desperate need for a grooming. I was very happy with the results. Will definitely be going back.

I asked for my dogs nails to be clipped during grooming and I ended up having to do it myself because it was not done whatsoever.

My mother brought my dog Maynard into critter clips today. I am so impressed with how adorable he looks. He smells amazing. And his little bandana is so cute. I think I'll for sure bring him back every 2 month thanks for taking such good care of my baby boy. And for your professionalism. I know my dog was in wonderful hands.

I gave them a second try and I'm so glad. My baby boy was a little scares going in but looks so cute. He was able to potty outside, not be in a kennel all day and looks and smells like national chain store grooming.

Great place for my cat. Very gentle with him. Super happy with the cut and my cat was not stressed out. A bit high on the price. Although satisfied. Thank you Critter Clips for taking care of my precious Hobbs.?❤️?
