The sales associate by the name Shawn S. at the location on south Nevada should be given a rating of negative 3 in customer service/ support. he should also be retrained in execution of basic customer report towards the companies paying customers.
I was in the area looking for a new phone for work use as my old phone was broken and needed replaced... walking in I was greeted by a sales associate named Shawn S...
telling him my situation of needing a phone and my current spending budget he took me to "the same phone that he had"" and that was the phone I chose to buy at that time...
but things soon began to go wrong once we began to set the phone up. first when I was loading in my Google Gmail account upon activation, I informed him that it required a code verification and I didn't have access to the current number that they were sending the 4 didget code too.at that moment...handing him back the phone he began to get irritated. seeing his irritation I asked if I could just set that part up later when I had access for the code that was being sent.... so using the phones phone number he logged in and got the phone to "working mode" then placed the phone in its box and said I could go...as I was walking to the door I inquired about if the phone had a charging block...he waited till I was outside the door and then replayed to me "What you can't read? now that you are outside the door there is nothing I can do"... so I turned around and left...with every intention of never being a cricket customer again... I thought I was supposed to get Cinemax with my data plan... yet none of that was set up... so I went in search of another cricket location that could serve my needs better...

Long story short:
I reluctantly went to Cricket and was overwhelmingly surprised!
I was clueless about their plans, coverage area and device options - and to make matters more stressful to had less than and hour with 0 expectations of making a purchase.
Low and behold the cheerful sales representative, Shawn, was full of knowledge and did an amazing job finding the right device and plan for my elderly mother and I was able to make my next appointment on time!

Everytime I go in there the employees are rude and mean. I go up there to put more mobile hotspot on my phone and the worker suspended my phone after she called me wanting the money that I gave her back after I asked for my refund. She was very unprofessional and completely incompetent about how to add features to my phone. I would appreciate it if the District manager of this Cricket store would get ahold of me as well I'll be contacting customer service and corporate on Monday morning

The service of the wireless company is excellent my only problem is the guy managing the store extremely rude to me when I came to pay my daughters phone bill which then I find out the manager is texting my daughters phone who is only 17 which is very disturbing to me and as a father I need and want answers !!!

I've used Cricket for years. Never a problem with the service, further, when I have had to go to a Crick store the staff were both friendly and helpful.

Did go their to have a tire repaired do to leak, was told they would get it in about two hrs. People were being tires having them replaced and did see that most of them came in after me and got out before me. Told sales staff after2.5 hrs to just give me my keys and told them couldn't wait anymore. All they said was make an appointment and would not have to wait so long.My view would of been to get someone to fix the tire then and apologize for the wait. Besides telling me they are BUSY. Yes guess I was the lowest person their because wasn't bying tires or rims. I paid to get those tires fixed under warranty so treat me with the respect I deserve and don't keep pushing me to the back of the line. Or making me wait because didn't have an appointment.

Good help
