Have nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff! From start to finish they were patient and kind, walked me through the process and paperwork, and addressed all my questions at my pace. I was kept up to date via text twice a week and they were quick to respond if I reached out separately. Based on my first impression, I felt confident leaving my Jeep with Carolyn and the team!! At pickup they took the time to review paperwork and a vehicle walkthrough to my satisfaction rather than rushing me out.

Crash Champion did a excellent job on my truck. They were able to repair it and get it back to me in a reasonable time. The people at this location are polite and professional. They communicated with me on a weekly basis to inform me of the progress and of any issues that arise. I appreciate them. I'm am glad to have my truck back and it looks brand new. Thank You Micaela and Carolyn.

My car was broken into and vandalized, I took it to the 6275 E Platte location, they fixed most of what was needed, at time of pick up my husband noticed the plastic cover of the passenger seat facing the door and the glove compartment were not fixed. Before driving the car we told Caroline and she stated that she would order the parts and let us know when they arrive so we could take the car and get it completed. It has been 3 weeks I haven't heard anything from them, I've called and the # seem not to be working. I called another location and Sara was of no help, I understand they're a different location but some customer service skills could help. I am very disappointed with what seemed to be a good place to not assume their short falls.

My KIA was stolen (surprise! surprise!) and recovered and was taken here for repairs. The employees were so patient and lovely with me. They had great communication. My schedule is wonky and they worked around it. They were very comforting when I was feeling upset and overwhelmed. 100% recommend!!!!

Took in my 2017 Silverado that had the driver side door smashed in and airbags deployed (and hence, headliner ripped apart). Got it back a week before the estimated completion date and the truck looked like new! Thanks!

The team at Crash Champions did an amazing job with the repairs of my vehicle. Michaela and Connie explained everything in great detail when I went to pick up car. My car looks brand new! straight of the dealership. These are the kindest people you will ever deal with when it comes to repairs. They also educated me on things I can do to protect my vehicle. Good energy/great business....hats off to Crash Champions.
