My neighbors are moving in. Two separate Covan trucks have blocked two of my other neighbors driveways. Unfazed and unprofessional.

Covan is actively mismanaging the CONUS side of my unaccompanied baggage movement. UB hasn't made it to CO from Dover in two weeks. Since there's no tracking ability, I'm stuck guessing when I'll have the bare minimum to move into my new place. EDD keeps moving. If this is the norm, DOD should cancel contract.

When management can't contact their employees nor make them do their job, you know its a problem. Eric (member of management) could not get in contact with employee Jorge who had packed away shoes that we had specifically asked not to be packed. Management ended up telling them to keep packing and not find our things. Our items were shoes that we would need for work and to wear everyday, including work. They were put aside so that they would not be touched. They were still packed, however. Then the packers and movers got into an arguement about communication. No one retrieved our shoes. They were ultimately told to continue packing. Literally the only thing we requested to NOT be packed were very specific shoes. Now we have to buy all new shows and WAIT for our things to be unloaded before seeing our shoes again. We are a military family traveling ACROSS THE COUNTRY. Military shoes alone are not cheap. The best they could do is unload ours first, which would not mitigate having to buy all new shoes. Nothing is cheap anymore. To tell a customer no because of their mistake seems more than unprofessional. They just don't care because regardless, they get paid via military funding. We are not sure why they couldn't simply just gotten the box off of the truck. It would have taken extra time but it would have made the moment right. This much, they did not care about. ALSO, they canceled the original pack out date just to rush the packing and load on the same day. My husband said it would be alright for them to do all of this on the same day, but we thought they would be diligent, like our last movers with a different company. They were not. Because of this, they were short staffed AND short on time. And us wanting our shoes was the big issue here. Completely unprofessional.

Dennis and Stanley unloaded our unaccompanied baggage this morning. They were fast and professional.

I mean... They got like half my stuff to its destination without breaking it, I guess. Really fantastic that they apparently lost the paperwork for the damaged goods, so I get jack all in payment for all the new furniture and supplies I have to buy to replace the stuff they destroyed. I understand the military contracts out to the lowest bidder, but surely someone in this lousy company loses at least a little sleep thinking about the number of service members they screw over every day.

Didn't show up on time. When delayed, would never update the customer. Customer service was terrible and dispatchers were clueless about when movers would show up. 9 days have passed and still waiting for someone to pick up packing materials...this company should be removed from military providers.

Didn't show up on time. When delayed, would never update the customer. Couch and table were damaged. Customer service was terrible and dispatchers were clueless about when movers would show up. After delivery, claimed they were unable to take packing materials and would pick up later. 9 days have passed and still waiting for someone to pick up packing materials...this has been worst move of my career and company should be removed from military providers.
