Went in to pick up my husband's prescription and it was more expensive through our insurance plan.
I told the associate to fill it without using the insurance.
She told me they couldn't do that since they knew we had insurance they had to use it.
I looked over at another customer standing near me who's eyes opened wide in disbelief!

Costco, the place where you can have as many samples as you'd like, my daughter always tries to sample everything at least once and some things three times.

I came here to pick up a prescription, to just be quickly reminded why I stopped coming here.
1. Don't really save a whole lot of money.
2. I think all the managers get special training on how to be complete bleeps all of the time. I know that they're a busy Pharmacy and they're used to acting a certain way. But there was no one there and the manager kept rushing me to get out of the way when I was talking to the cashier trying to figure out the best way to pay for my prescription. I went in thinking my insurance would pay for it here, just like everywhere else (which is not their fault), but found out that my insurance was not contracted to pay here. I had no other choice but to pay cash because no other Pharmacy had it at this moment.
The manager (I assume she was the manager) kept rushing me to get out of the way, and go sit down while I figured it out instead of taking the second that it took to figure it out. Literally like seconds it took me to figure out what I was going to do. There was not one single person behind me and she kept rushing me to go sit down and figure it out. And not even in a nice way. The cashier, he was kind and didn't seem to have a problem with me talking through it.
This always seems to be the case with the managers. They are never nice there. Luckily my mama taught me how to just smile through it and act like I don't care because I should have told her where to go! What happened to the customer is always right?
Probably the last time I go there! When someone has to literally walk over to you from across the pharmacy floor just to butt in on something that was not a problem. Grrr! ?

Had my winter tires put on. Checking in always seems like a chore, but they were in and out and very friendly. Thank you.

I love Costco! They have the best deals and amazing clothes. The sherpa flannels they had recently are absolutely amazing. I got one in red and blue and I practically live in them because they're so cozy and warm. I live alone but still find plenty of things I'd want in bulk such as almond milk, almond butter, apples, almonds, protein power, etc. I am also a big fan of their fur lined slippers. I get a pair every year! If you don't have a Costco membership, you should hop on board! It is so worth the annual fee. The discounted gas is also a big plus.

They wouldn't install the same size tire on a 4runner that was currently already on the vehicle because they said it would rub the control arm. That is impossible because I've have the same tires on there for years. Took 4 hours of wasted time to be told that and another hour to be refunded, this place need all new tire center employees

Yes, they're very busy being one of the cheapest pharmacy's around. Call to confirm scripts ahead of time also confirm goodRx discount since they change daily. And you'll never have a problem. But you gotta put forth a little effort.

Was surprised to see how busy this place was on a Tuesday morning, but it was. Even being busy, there was plenty of product, staff were everywhere to answer questions, and the checkout procedure was very easy and very quick! We just joined and did not realize just how great the prices are, and that you can get discounts on gas! Who knew?!?!

Yes, they're very busy being one of the cheapest pharmacy's around. Call to confirm scripts ahead of time also confirm goodRx discount since they change daily. And you'll never have a problem. But you gotta put forth a little effort.

Avoid cashier Lisa L!!!! She was rude to the person in front me, condescending to me, spoke over me several times, and then belittled a sweet polite hard of hearing gentlemen in line behind me. Also, the pharmacy messed up my Rx and it took a day longer to get it.
