I've been in the store many times but have never purchased there. They have some nice things but not a huge variety and I feel they're a little over priced. That said, I have more formal and European taste. I didn't find much that was baroque or rococo. Most places carry what's popular. This place is the same. I want unique well made furniture not what's popular. As far as the staff goes, I've found it's a mixture of aloof and friendly. It depends who's there. One would think, if you're spending money, everyone there would be skippy happy friendly and ready to assist you. Service is dead as the Dodo in the US.

Nice furniture, eclectic offerings. Space is small, I'd like to see them grow as what they currently have fills their store making it mildly difficult to get around. A bigger store would allow for more items, most assuredly the same nice quality. Staff is genuine and friendly.

They have some nice things but kids are not welcome there - even well behaved ones. We have purchased stuff there before but will not be going back.

Stacy and Jennifer (sorry if I spelled your names wrong) here were both kind and didn’t pressure me into buying anything, which I appreciate. When I entered, they explained how the store & pricing works clearly and concisely and then let me browse around the store as I liked, and were there if I needed but weren’t bearing down on me through the store. We ended up having a great conversation about the area and I discovered they are knowledgeable not only about their goods but helpful at giving you some locals’ tips too. I really enjoyed our conversation and their service, and the prices here were better than many other shops in the area while still having better quality than many of those local shops too; turns out many used goods are honestly better quality than some new goods anyway. Hope they keep prices like this (better’s always nice too ?) as the world’s prices continue to go insane right now!

The lady lied to me and said the product was from pottery barn. I purchased it for 350. Obviously not a new item so it wasn’t fully nice. Then I go into American furniture and the product is a new item in their store. Consign and design’s integrity is awful. When I wrote them on Facebook they never responded. You never know if you can buy the same product new for the same price because the people that work there will lie to you.

I have bought several items from Consign and Design and have found the owner as well as all the staff friendly and helpful. I like that they are there to answer questions or help if you need it, but they let you take your time to browse. The delivery men that they work with are hard workers and worked extremely hard to get a large item up an elevator and into my home. You never know what hidden treasures you may find in this cute shop! I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out. Inventory is constantly changing so stop by frequently.

I went with my wife to look for furniture. I am a disabled veteran and they refused to allow me to use their restroom. We left and went to the salon next-door and found another place to purchase furniture.

I was told in person that I could stop by with items to consign. I did that a few weeks later and they took an antique that I had and contracted it for a set time frame. The next day the owner emailed me a told me to come pick it up, that they didn't want it. I was in the middle packing for a move and this was a huge hassle for me to make another trip to pick it up...essentially they broke the contract. These people need to work on their communication skills and customer service. They have nice items, buy are not friendly at all and lack integrity in my opinion.
