I had bought a part and I needed to return it. So my interaction with the business was not extensive. However they had great customer service. And the guys working the front desk were very warm and laid back. Definitely a great vibe to the store. Plus they have so many Milwaukee tools!!

The people at the front desk are awesome and always helpful when I need something. But the order is literally always pulled wrong. There is not a single time in the last 4 months that I have received an order correct the first time. Someone HAS GOT to train the warehouse guys
