CSOG, Dr. Cassidy and PA Megan Perry are amazing. They have taken care of two family members who required surgery and he did an amazing job. Truly gifted surgeon with a fantastic bed-side manner. I can't say enough positive things about him and his team.

The online and in person checkin process was easy and quick. The staff member taking me back to the exam room was not very courteous, was short in her responses, never made eye contact and was unpleasant. She ushered me into the exam room and asked a few questions with her back to me the entire time then left the room without locking the computer. I had full access to any records accessible with her ID. Not good! The PA who saw me answered my questions and did a good job of explaining my options. I also had x-rays in the office and the tech aid did a good job explaining what they needed me to do for the exam. It was quick and efficient but did have a few retake images with additional radiation exposure. I didn't have a “bad” experience but there’s a lot of room for improvement with records security, being kind to your patients, and treating patients like people who are in pain, worried, anxious and in need of your help.

This is the second surgery that I have had Dr. Huang perform. He is absolutely amazing!! Very personable and kind. His staff is great as well. I’ve always been treated with respect and given all the details of my surgery. He also includes my husband and asks if he has any questions. He is very good at what he does and I will be returning in the future if I need anything else fixed. I recommend him 100%!!

I have been a patient at CSOG for more than 15 years. I have had 3 different physicians perform 5 surgeries, 4 of which were replacements. So, I have great respect & admiration for the providers. My experience with the administrative staff has also been exceptional. It’s clearly a culture of respect.
The reason for my 2 star review is that I waited for more than 2 hours for my appointment on Tuesday. Everyone was apologetic and grateful for my patience. I appreciated the acknowledgment. They evidently have a new computer system that everyone is learning. Very understandable, however when the consequences of the learning curve so adversely affects patients it’s unacceptable & time for a shift to correct the scheduling immediately! I spent 2 hours 45 minutes for a 15 minute appointment. I will never get back those 2 1/2 hours.
It’s great for the upgraded system but DO NOT PUNISH YOUR PATIENTS during its implementation. I hope this doesn’t happen again. I would have written a private letter the appropriate person if anyone would have known the name. Since that wasn’t the case, I felt compelled to share it in the review request. Please fix this immediately & have more respect for your patients.

Other than having to wait for 2 hours, the PA I saw was very thorough and knowledgeable. I understand that things happen that can cause a backup, and they did offer to reschedule. I will continue to see these doctors.
