I drive past other dealerships and go across town to get to the Colorado Springs AutoNation RAM Dealership. This way I know my vehicle will be taken care of by down to earth folks. I certainly appreciate having respectful technicians/service advisor explain a problem with way-ahead solutions. It's a culture that seems to understand and supports brand ownership. I have purchased 4 prior trucks to my purchase of my 2023 Ram 2500 Deisel in March, 2024. This was the best overall experience as it relates to price, trade in value, finance presentation of contract, salesman's knowledge of product features, and General Manager involvement in making the deal. Autonation as a whole has been wonderful in 3 of the 5 trucks that I have purchased. Thanks for the straightforward and honest answers and treatment!

One of the best service experiences I've ever had at a dealer. Easy scheduling and great communication. I spent about 3 hours in the service waiting area while the work was being done. The waiting area was fantastic. Nice place to wait with couches, work areas, wi-fi, coffee and espresso machine, free bottled water, and immaculate bathrooms. Also an area for small children with various toys, etc...

I can only give three stars because this place started off strong but ended weak. Sales guy cool. Finance guy cool. Service department absolutely failed other than the delivery guy. Did we get a great car? Yes. Did we get a fair deal. Yes. We finished what was promised and are on the road and done.

I purchased my second vehicle here within a year. I brought my vehicle in to get some service work on it. And the whole time I worked with Tiffany. She was absolutely amazing, very communicative, and replied quickly. I had some issues with my warranty, but she made sure everything was done right and got corrected.

Wife took the car in for recall work, they tried to get her for a single license plate light bulb replacement...for $300. The OEM part was $15 and took me 5 minutes to replace.
This was attempting to take advantage of a woman plain and simple. I absolutely will not be doing business with them again.

Great service department and they took care of me the whole process and even provided me transportation back to my job. I needed the work to be complete by a certain day and they finished early. So if you want the best Dodge service this is the place to go.

I needed to have some service work done on my company truck and had a great experience with Tiffany. She was responsive, courteous, and easy to work with including the scheduling and was also a terrific communicator throughout the process. Getting a vehicle serviced can be a frustrating experience but Tiffany made the whole process easy and I really appreciate her positive attitude and professionalism. Bravo!

My experience at the dealership was great. Scheduling was quick with a next day appointment and service was smooth and seamless. My service advisor Tiffany was very helpful and attentive to my concerns. She annotated my issues and relayed them to the technician for further evaluation. Afterwards, she consulted me on the findings and corrections performed. Overall, my experience was enjoyable. Thanks ?? Tiffany!
